Poured Concrete Wall - Repair
BM Construction was hired initially to remove the existing flooring and replace the flooring with LVP. They did a beautiful job. Then when I asked them to look at what I thought was mold, they realized water damage had spread to incorporate one side of the house,
so they replaced the siding. (This finding was confirmed by another contractor).
Currently they are replacing the flooring in one of my rental units. They do good work, show up promptly and are competitively priced.
