Jo showed up on time discussed options with me and installed new gas hot water heater in 3 hrs. He hauled away old heater. The price was in line with other plumbing quotes.

The listing agent on a home I bought, which had a lot of leaks from freeze damage while it sat empty, referred BMF PLUMBING to me. BMF owner Joe Brawner understood the problem and the importance of fixing the leaks ASAP. The real problem was that, because the leaks hadn’t caused any damage yet, the water was cut off at the meter, leaving us with no running water. Joe was called the afternoon of my move-in, and the next morning, Joe was there. He methodically identified the leaks and fixed them, then turned on the water to check for more leaks and fixed them. In about 7 hours, Joe had fixed multiple leaks, probably more than 7, and also tightened up and updated fixtures that needed a little work. We were so pleased with the total bill for all the work that day (under $1K) that we are going to have Joe re-pipe our home this summer. From what I was told, Joe has done over 300 re-pipes in his long career. We found Joe to be a hard-working family man with a wonderful personality.TheBest

Joe, was very courteous and professional. He checked out the plumbing issue told us what needed to be repaired. He then gave us an approximate cost. He gave us the option to have him start the work. He was not pushy but ready to help get things back in order to have our problem solved. We were very thankful that he was able to come out so quickly.

We were able to secure so much work for such a good price it's hard to list it all, but I will try. New water heater Kitchen bib repair New sink support build Extended hose off the main to restore water pressure Pipe rework under kitchen sink New garbage disposal Condenser line repair Discovery of crawl space to sort out galvanized line and extra condenser line that was a mystery, even to the inspection team I hired. So impressed BMF found it. Cleared out rodent traps from previous owner who didn't pass on any information about the home. Gas Dryer hookup Toilet replacements Toilet tank rework I know I am missing something but BMF is a seriously solid company and I will have another gambit of work for them next year. They really worked their tails off for us and I can't thank them enough. This old home has a ways to go, as it's all being pieced together to find out what's going on, but I feel like BMF will do her some much deserved justice. Thanks again. Angie

Professional service

PVC pipe connected to water meter cracked and water had to be turned off at meter. Received response within short time of request with repair started about 45 minutes later. Great job and water back on.

Arrived around the estimated time. Great communication. Very down to earth. Joe worked very efficiently and took care of the issue. Supply line was replaced along with the water supply valve. Did a thorough inspection, asked plenty of questions to get an understanding of what was going on. I was very pleased. Fair pricing. Honest guy and I would definitely use the services again as well as recommend.

Joe Brawner, Jr did do the job. He called me before it was finished being posted. He asked me where the job was. I told him.. He said it was outside his area, but that he could be here in about an hour or so. I told him what I needed, and he gave me a preliminary quote over the phone. I told him that the quote was within my budget and that if the in-person quote was also within my budget, I would like him to do the work., He said he would see me soon. He was here in just under an hour. He walked through my kitchen and bathroom and gave me a final estimate. Then, he proceeded to start working on my problems. When he went under the house, he found further problems that would add time & cost. He fixed & left what I asked him to. He did the job with minimal mess. He cleaned that up as well. He did such a great job, I will be sharing his card with anyone who needs a plumber.

I recently had my old tank water heater replaced with a new tankless system, and the whole experience was excellent! The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the process and how the new system works. The installation was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated how informative and helpful they were throughout. I’m very happy with the upgrade and would highly recommend their service to anyone considering going from a tank to a tankless water heater.
