I hired BMF in 2021 to finish my basement, install a kitchen backsplash, and repair cracks in my master bedroom ceiling. While some basement work was acceptable, there were multiple issues, including electrical problems, poor planning, and unfinished flooring due to materials not being ordered correctly. The kitchen backsplash was installed improperly by tiling over the existing trim instead of removing it, leaving it looking unfinished and likely costing about $2,000 to fix. The biggest issue is the master bedroom ceiling. They claimed the cracks were repaired, but within months the cracks reopened and are now worse than before, with cracking tape and peeling paint. The owner saw the damage, promised to fix it, and never did. Repeated follow-ups were ignored. Poor workmanship, broken promises, and no follow-through once paid. I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them.

I had BMF Remodeling install granite counters and they did a partial remodel in the kitchen. They also completed a total remodel of two bathrooms. The owner was very informative, accommodating and rectified any changes without question. In addition, as I did not want to look through hundreds of choices for my remodel, B.J. was extremely helpful in providing choices that fit my design. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, did quality work, and always cleaned the areas each day. I love my new bathrooms and I would hire BMF Remodeling again!
