Awesome customer service; work crew efficient, dependable, clean, and talented; quality of work outstanding; follow up excellent. Cannot say enough positive things about this contractor. Also, crew gets along with each other and truly enjoy working together. Having a work crew in the home was not stressful at all!

We had s very tight schedule, and he was able to accomodate us perfectly!

I hired BM Flooring after a few quotes and whereas Benjamin was the most reasonable, it was not the lone reason for me hiring him. I had old red oak floors that were in very bad shape, had multiple carpet nail markings etc. Benjamin was the only contractor that offered me both water and oil based stain. His preference was the oil because it was slightly darker and would help with the nail marks that couldnâ t be sanded out blend into the floor. Another issue that came up was that there was no hardwood floors under the linoleum in the kitchen,as Benjamin warned me of me. All of this was while I was out of town, Benjamin could have used this opportunity to upsell me but he didnâ t. Sight unseen he assured me the floors could be matched, gave me a fair price, and had everything done with furniture moved back into place before I came home. Benjamin was clean, professional, cared about the work, and gave me the best price. I could not be happier, my once destroyed floors now look brand new because of Benjamin and his crew

He setup our shower, sanded our floors, repaired a table with no one else could could. Incredibly reliable and professional and punctual.

Benjamin was great. From the beginning (estimate) I had a good feeling about him. I had other options, one comparably priced, but my gut told me to go with him. The work was done quickly and at a very good price. Simply put, he s a professional who does very solid work at a reasonable price. I would recommend him.

He replaced tiles on the shower wall,and he repaired a rotten window sill in the shower. Then he stripped and re glazed the bathtub it was a porcelain tub. I would recommend them to anyone. He did what he said he would do and left it well clean when completed. The one word that wraps him up is FANTASTIC. And I have dealt with contractors in all fields for over 40 years.

Fast, efficient and thorough. They kept to their promised schedule which I always value. My new hardwood floor looks beautiful.

Benjamin along with Marco, Julio and the other crew members did a great job sanding and staining the floors in our three bedrooms/ hallway. The job was completed in a timely manner with excellent clean-up. We give them our highest recommendation.

I hired Benjamin to do floor sanding in our kitchen. When I called for an estimate he was prompt in coming and he was polite and explained all aspects of the project. He came when scheduled and did a great job .I am very happy with the experience and BM Floor Sanding has my 5 star recommendation.

Benjamin and his team did a great job installing wood looking tile in our hallway/laundry room/kitchen area. They also replaced our backsplash in the kitchen and installed tile in our bathroom. Very clean and easy to work with.

Highly recommend this company. Within 2 weeks my damaged kitchen laminate flooring was re-done and is very handsome once more. The owner kept communications flowing, work was done as explained in speedy amount of time with excellent results. I hope to do other projects with Benjamin’s help.

Benjamin was extremely professional and did a great job on our vinyl flooring installation. He came over to give to look over our project and gave a quote immediately. His team repaired a sinking floor and installed the flooring in a day. We really appreciate that he installed the quarter round and painted as well, saving us from having to hire another tradesman. Will use again in the future.
