BM Hardwood Floors is a great company! Bruno answered the phone on the first ring, came out to look at the project the very next day despite being extremely busy which I appreciate a lot, and within a week or so, the old beat up hardwoods on my first floor look brand, new and shiny. Bruno and his guys do great work! Their goal is to make the customer happy with quality work, and they definitely did that for me. A great value for the money and really friendly customer service. Iâ m planning on using these guys again soon and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs their floors done!

Great customer service! Bruno and his hardworking team refinished the hardwood floors throughout my 100 year old home. We hired Bruno and his team for a pretty big job. We needed the tile floor in the kitchen demoed, new hardwood installed in the kitchen, and the entire rest of the floors in the house (our whole house is hardwood now) sanded and refinished. To make it easier to for kids and older persons, we also had Bruno remove the wooden thresholds from all the rooms. We used the Pod service to pack up the whole house and then Bruno and his team were there for a couple of weeks. Now if you've ever demoed tile, you know the dust goes everywhere. After the demo and all the sanding of all our whole house, it was cleaner than when we packed up everything. Amazing! The new hardwood in the kitchen (oak 2 1/4 inch boards) looked beautiful and Bruno worked with us on picking a nice stain for that as well. The rest of the hardwood, which had not been re-finished in 60 years looked beautiful. His team even went around filling in nail holes and other imperfections as a part of the process. With every job there are issues, but with Bruno and his team the issues were minimal and he was immediately on the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a similar job. And the price was very reasonable as well.

Bruno was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt with his responses, early to meetings, and very flexible with scheduling. His technicians did a great job showing us a couple of different colors to choose from before starting the entire job. Very reasonably priced and they did excellent work. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We had our living room and office refinished by Bruno and his staff. Totally professional, on time, completed on date promised, what else could any homeowner want!! They were respectful of my home. I had made them aware that this was the most important thing to me since I could not be there for 3 days and I opened the home for them in the morning and came back after work to lock it up. They were motivated to do the work when other companies weren't and was a great value for the money spent. If I had to choose a negative out of all of this it would be that I at the end of the cleanup and trash removal I found a few pieces of wood and a coffee cup and the back of my house in my lawn. If this is all I can come up with then we are in great shape. I am currently recommending them to a friend of mine and we'll hire them to do the upstairs in my house as well.

We had Bruno and his team come refinish our existing kitchen hardwoods (hidden under tile!!) and install new hardwoods where spots were needed. Not only were they nice, hard working professionals, but the price was extremely reasonable for the work being done. The floors came out looking fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Bruno for any of your hardwood needs!

Amazing job done quickly! I got the prefinished hardwood. Bruno’s guys came out and got my whole house and in-law apartment done in 4 days! Price is reasonable and Bruno is great about communicating via text every step of the way. Would highly recommend him!

I can say that these guys are the best. Had a difficult problem with the floor in my mobile home and Bruno came out quickly, looked at the problem, and knew the solution immediately. Needed a new partial sub floor and a who new floor in two rooms. He and his crew did a fast, outstanding , beautiful job, making my place look a hundred times nicer. These guys are real professionals who know what they are doing. Would hire them in a second for any future projects.

Bruno took a big chance with my very old house, which had an uneven and damaged subfloor. He installed new subfloor where needed and made adjustments to get to a beautiful result. The floor is gorgeous and looks beautiful in my antique living room. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend this company!

Bruno came out the same day I called to give an estimate on removing a carpet and installing a hard wood floor. He was very courteous and professional. Three days later, Bruno’s assistant Andre and a helper were able to install the floor. It looks great! They cleaned up after the job was finished as well.
