I hired Rainer Construction to remove an interior, load bearing wall in my home to create an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough about Brett and his team, Christina and Javier. They are hard working and meticulous in their work. Very reasonably priced too. I didn’t bother to get estimates from anyone else after Brett set foot into my home. I knew immediately that he was the right person for the job. Don’t think twice about hiring him. You won’t be disappointed.

Hire these guys! We had a complete basement renovation starting with a rip out down to the cinder blocks. I can’t say enough good things about Brett, his foreman Christian and his two laborers, Cesar and Jaier. Their work was excellent and they checked every step of the way to ensure that we were all on the same page. I especially liked that Brett’s price was all inclusive and despite a few changes along the way, he never asked for more money. The quoted price was the final price. We were so happy with the quality and value of the work that we added a new front door to the house as an additional project. More points in Brett’s favor are the entire crew stays on the project until it’s completed. I’ve had contractors in the past start the job and then disappear to work elsewhere. With Brett you have his undivided attention. And despite me adding a few tasks, the job only ran a few days over the estimate. When you start a big project like this, you have expectations but the work these guys did exceeded all expectations. Our basement was transformed into a beautiful new part of our house. You won’t meet more decent and down to earth people than Brett and his team. We are already planning more projects here and also in my son’s home. I can say without reservation that I recommend Brett and his team for any home improvement project. You won’t be disappointed.

Brett Ranier Constructiom LLC was professional and worth every penny to have the job done right. Just explaining what i wanted, i coild tell that Brett knew his stuff over other estimates. This was a total gut with new wiring, total reframing and new pipes. The outcome speaks for itself. Brett got a neighbor's job(s) from my job which also speaks volumes about his work and the company. Will be hiring Brett for my future projects.

On time, listened to what I wanted, curteous. Cleanup wAs perfect and Brett was great, also his carpenters.

Easy to work with

I had 3 bedrooms updated. Paneling and carpeting were removed, walls repaired and painted, doors installed and painted and electrical work done in the rooms and hallway. I am very happy with the outcome. The workers were friendly and professional and did a great job.
