BMR had a technician out to my house within a couple of hours of my phone call after another emergency. The tech figured out my clog problem quickly and opened up the drain within about 30 min. He cleaned up the small amount of splashed water afterwards. I was completely happy with the service.

They repaired an old lead and cast iron drain line that was UGLY to do. Roger showed up when he said he would, his crew showed up the next day and got after it!! What they did in 3-1/2 hours would have taken me a day or two doing it myself. They were fair and honest, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me less than the initial estimate. Whats not to like?? Great work, quickly done, and fairly priced.

Water Heater - Install or Replace
Unfortunately I didn't have time to read reviews on the brand of hot water heater installed. It was a Bradford White. The reviews are horrible. I guess I just have to wait and see how long it lasts. There were also complaints on the water heater relating to the warranty.
