Brent & Mike Smith Construction, LLC

I hired Brent and team to do some work on my new house a while back. He was able to get the repairs done before I moved in. Very fast and great work.

Outstanding Work and Individual. Easy to work with. A+++++++

Fast Service

On time, finished early, worth every penny. Completed a scary job that others turned down.

Very prompt professional service.

The work went good. Roof was fixed and happy with the service.

Very professionaal. High quality of workmanship. Thoroughly explained all details of job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Out of the three roofers that I had look at my roof. Brent & Mike Smith Construction was the only one that actually noticed what may have been causing the leak. The others just suggested replacing paper and shingles and didn't see the nail heads poking threw the shingles. After I hired Brent & Mike Smith Con. they ran into an issue with the shingles sticking together because it was to warm out. The job was completed the next day. They were late arriving to finish the job and their clean up was not the best. They left some small shingle pieces on the roof but that was all. The quality of work is great. My leak has stopped.

Brent was knowledgable and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to friends and would use him again in the future.

Quick and good quality service

outstanding. very thorough, explained different options clearly.

Brent did a thorough review of the problem that needed fixing and offered a couple of options for repairs. He was prompt to respond and did the job when he said he would and for the price that was quoted. Quality of the work was great and resolved the problem.

This turned out to be a great service for me to find someone for this project. He responded to the lead, he has good business skills as well as good construction skill, a combination that is difficult to find.

Nice work for a reasonable price. BMS completed my project within the schedule, and did a nice job. My only complaint is that they were late arriving on the jobsite each morning, but made up for that in attention to detail

While we had some difficulties getting together to do this, in the long run I was very satisfied with the outcome of this job. Brent gave me a very fair price, completed the job in the estimated time frame, and cleaned up the area without a trace.

Communication of materials/ repair was outstanding. Finished product looks awesome and only time (and the rainy season) will tell if the repairs work as good as it looks (I think it will).

I hired Brent to build a cedar railing around my deck, install some Hardie siding and rebuild some stairs. Of the three quotes I obtained, Brent's was in the middle. I selected him because he was the most knowledgable, had the best ideas and explained the project and my options in the greatest detail. He left the job-site clean each day and was a pleasure to have at my house. Really friendly guy and great to talk to. The finished job was the best carpentry I've had completed on my house. Every rail and picket is perfectly square, the mitre cuts are clean as they come and the stairs are solid as a rock. Will definitely hire again.

I am a Realtor representing a Buyer of a condo. There was a concern about some water intrusion on a deck. Brent took his lunch hour to come and support the idea that there is only cosmetic damage. My Buyer is going forward. I will gladly recommend Brent for all future work with owner/Clients . . . the kind he can bill and get paid!

I was very pleased with Brent's workmanship on the roof flashing that was causing a leakage. He showed me the before and after results via photos. I would definitely call upon his service again.

Quick response, easy to deal with. Very professional results. Coulld not be happier. Very reasonable bill.

Very nice guy

Excellent!!! I had an urgent roof leak and Brent was able to come out within hours on the same day on a weekend. His response time was phenomenal. The leak was inspected, repaired, and fixed quickly and efficiently. He showed me what was wrong and explained to me how he was going to repair it. Also, gave me a tutorial of what to look for and check for for future potential leaks. He is knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I would definitely hire him again for future projects including roof work. Resonably priced as well.

Excellent work!

We had a break in communications but Brent is currently working on getting the bid and materials we need to help our 89 yr old neighbor. Will complete review when the job is done.

I consider Brent to be the Mike Holmes of our area. Brent is honest, made sure everything he was going to do was explained completely and kept me apprised of the progress on the project at all steps. I would do business with Brent again without hesitation. If you are looking for a good, honest contractor, look no farther.
