Ben did a great job installing new bolts and door knobs on 2 doors. The hardware is very nice. He arrived a little early, that was nice. He worked efficiently and wrote up an estimate, and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Contacted Ben on 2 separate occasions to re-key our rental apartment. Each time he was prompt to reply and was available immediately same-day. He came on-time, was very neat, and very courteous. He even spent extra time to perform maintenance on our locks to ensure they are lubed, tightened, and working smooth. He also has the best price out of all my inquiries! Highly recommended!

In addition to repairing my broken lock, they explained the causes of the lock malfunction and showed me how to maintain it after repairing it. Very responsive. Answered my call right away and was at my apartment within about 20 minutes and got me into my apt within about 10-15 minutes and was able to replace my deadbolt lock.Completely blown away by their service!
