Took the money and ran. Avoid these people, make claims that "yes" they can do that and then make all kinds of promises, take your money and do not show up when they say they will or don't show up at all. Claim they can fix a small leak in a roof, don't buy it! $500 in labor and still leaks in the same spot. Left drywall unfinished, door had to be repaired by the homeowner. AVOID this company and these people, bad news!

Vince started out being very dedicated to the jobs I gave him. Over time he took longer to get to the job and communicated with me far less than he did early on. After a few jobs he started billing me before the job was finished (unknown to me) and eventually he billed me for something he did not complete. I have not heard from him in three weeks.

shoddy work, ignored job specific requests, often showed up late in the day, was downright rude a couple times, charged $500 above estimate, never finished the job, i had to finish it

I am in the process of remodeling a master bedroom and hired Vince to repair a section of the closet plaster wall and ceiling that had had water damage at some point in the past. This was one of those projects where you don't necessarily know what you are getting into until you start digging in, and despite being fairly handy, I was not comfortable tackling it on my own. Vince examined the situation, explained what he thought was going on and discussed possible repair options. We agreed on a plan of removing and replacing the damaged section, and the next morning he and his partner started tearing it down. By the end of the day, I had a new wall and cannot even tell that there was ever a problem to begin with. He also touched up some miscellaneous damaged spots on other walls to get me in good shape to prime and paint. As a new homeowner of an older home with a growing list of improvement projects, I am always looking for quality, honest workmanship and will consider hiring BMW again in the future.

They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Very friendly, offered great advise and genuinely seemed to want to help. If you're looking for small jobs and small remodeling work, you can't beat their value. The home they worked on for us was built in the 50's so there were a lot of settling/uneven floors they had to work around and try to make look normal. Overall we give them a solid 4 stars.

Vince was VERY professional and on time. He did a GREAT of installing a brand new front door and cleaning up and finishing the job in a timely matter.... I will have him back in the spring to do two other projects for me...

BMW is a good, hard working, focused crew. Well mannered and courteous. Was on time for most part. Discussed my options and figured out what fit me and my budget. They made sure job was done as written if not more and made sure I was completely satisfied before they wrapped up. And they cleaned up their mess as they worked tried to make sure I still had access even though under repairs. BMW is my go to for all my handy needs.

Poor Quality, poor communication, rude. Caused more damage than anything else.

Our experience with BMW "Home Improvement" has been terrible. It began with an email and phone call from his wife pushing back the initial start date due to being "Picked up". Being open minded people we didn't let his "honesty" about the situation affect hiring him. (BIG MISTAKE) Once he did begin, we experienced nothing but problems. Work days consisted of 3-4 hours each day, not showing up when he would say (Causing missed work days on our end.). He is unreliable, untrustworthy, and has horrible communication skills. His work is of HORRIBLE QUALITY!!! We did several walkthroughs with Vincent Wade and pointed out several areas of concern which included the following. - Drywall that was noticeably not level - 1 gallon of paint spilt all over the basement floor - Painting of walls leaving over 4 inches from the ceiling NOT PAINTED AT ALL. (Claimed he didn't trust his crew to edge so he would fix.) - 17 Damaged tiles that were brand new and installed a month prior. (Used a hammer to try to remove grout) - Trim not calked and some not even put up - All doors not hung and deadline was approaching - Cabinets that were still not installed LIST GOES ON..... The WORST part of this whole experience is that a check was taken, cashed, and we were left with materials that are damaged. AND we were then told personally by Vince that he Doesn't plan to return to our home to finish this job!!!! We have experienced even more than what is listed in this review. All we can say is everything will work out for us in the end but for anyone else considering hiring this man, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. No one deserves to be taken advantage of or to experience what we have. Do not EVER TRUST this man in your home or you will turn our SORRY you did. He did nothing but waste our time and cost us thousands of dollars to FIX his work.

They came to give us an estimate and arrived when they said they would be there. Given a day and time that the work would be done they arrived on time and I didn't waste day waiting. They took care to cover all the furniture that couldn't be moved from the room, as well as, the floor. We are very pleased with the work.

I was not ready for the repair of drywall but Vince wanted to change my electrical outlets which he said he knew how to do. The problem was he did not ground the outlets when he changed them to 3-prong which left them illegal and I had to have them changed back. He also didn't always match all of them colorwise and I had to have him take care of that. It is possible he does good drywall but he ended up wasting my money on the electrical work.

He has done drywall for many year in many places.

They did a fair job overall. They cleaned up well when the project was completed.
