B McClurg Enterprises, Inc.

BME just finished a complete remodel of my master bathroom and kitchen. Ben was great to work with from start to finish: beginning with discussing the plans to the finish. Rick and Jose, BME’s team, are very experienced, detail oriented craftsmen who arrived at 7 am each day, worked nonstop and cleaned up all areas at the end of each day. Besides that they are the nicest people and were very respectful of my home during the process. I highly recommend Ben and his team who have years of experience. Ben is a super qualified, experienced, knowledgeable contractor with integrity, honesty and very workable prices. I discovered Ben and his company on Angi and am so happy about it. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Ben was great to work with as were his team of Rick and Jose. We have a 1927 house that needed some TLC. They remodeled our two bathrooms, completely redid our plumbing, and replaced the floor throughout about half of our house. They were clean and respectful in our home, on time each day, very communicative, and even worked around our pets. Our house had many obstacles and Rick and Jose worked through each one. They are true tradesmen that can do it all, from electrical to plumbing to drywall to carpentry.

Ben’s team did a tremendous job on my remaining window casement projects! Unexpectedly we had to remove all my old crown moulding and replace with new! Together we found the perfect choice and the project continued. We couldn’t be happier with the end results! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Ben and his team again! Thanks!!!

We hired Ben to install a chandelier in our dining room. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. We had to create a new electrical system to put the light where there wasn’t one before so it could have been complicated but Ben and his team took care of everything and it turned out great.

Good communication by Ben McClurg. Excellent teams working on drywall, tiling and painting projects. We are very pleased with the work completed.

Ben stands out as the most communicative contractor we have ever encountered. His extensive knowledge of his work and understanding of homeowners' dilemmas set him apart. When we faced kitchen water leak damages involving insurance, Ben's ability to communicate with our insurance proved to be a godsend. We had no idea about our "rights" after the insurance cut the check. Taking advantage of the situation, we addressed other issues around the house. Ben was willing to collaborate with us on various issues, providing beautiful solutions. The highlight of the entire experience was when, with our kitchen out of commission, Ben cooked up his BBQ pulled pork and generously shared it with us! It wasn't just a small portion; it was a whole dinner for the entire family! Rick, the foreman, did a splendid job on all the repairs. He even took the initiative to fix many other minor things around the house that weren't part of the contracted work. His attention to detail made everything fall into place! We still have more repairs to do and we will definitely use them in the future.

Awesome experience!

Good work, clarifying expectations is key!

Ben and team were great! They made sure the job was done right and in record time.

Simply the best I’ve ever had

Ben and his team are fast and do quality work. Ben is responsive and always solving problems and keeping costs in mind while doing so. They are friendly, flexible, and hard working.

Ben's two man crew (Rick & Lil Ben) are fantastic. Their work is top quality! And so are their recommendations! Not only did they remodel the bathroom, they also installed new hot water heater and updated my plumbing. Another plus, they worked around our dogs, we didn't have to lock them out or in. Now our dogs are missing them. Totally in awe over my new bathroom. Highly recommend.

I found this company on Home Advisors. They are a smaller company with lots of experience in all areas of remodeling. The workers that were assigned to my project were quick, efficient, polite, and provided me with several ways to streamline my project while at the same time saving me money. Example: I had drawn up a plan for floor and wall molding pieces to come together at the corner of two walls and the floor. The molding was of all different sizes. I wanted them to cut and contour all of the pieces so they all fit together esthectically. Rick, one of the workers on site, suggested I run all of the different size molding pieces into a small block like a small piller. The pillar was 6 inches high and 1 inch square. It worked beautifully. All of the different size pieces of molding all butted up against the small pillar providing a very eye pleasing solution to my problem. Also, my home was build in the 90s and some of the electrical was daisy chained together across 3 rooms. If we turned on the lights and used the vacuum in one of those rooms the fuse would trip and we would lose power. As part of the project I needed new circuits for a theater room wall. The worker suggested we move some of the circuit load from the overloaded circuit to the new circuit to balance the load. I took there advise and did this. We no longer blow fuses. I could go on, however, I just wanted the reader to know these guys do a good job and I highly recommend them for your projects. One downside, the general contractor was sometimes hard to contact in the bidding process, however, once the project was started he came by several times a day to ask if I had problems and made sure the project was going the way I wanted. One other thing, they were meticulous about ceiling off the part of the home that was being remodeled for dust.

Top notch job finished under a strict time schedule.

Ben and his crew did a great job. Our bathroom is just what we hoped it would be. They went above and beyond to help us with extra details we needed. The crew were very pleasant to have around as well.

Quality work at competitive price. I will hire again for future projects.

Working with Ben and his crew was excellent experience, they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Craig was excellent! Arrived on time, work was excellent and he was very efficient! He was concerned that his work met my expectations and it certainly did! Would recommend this company and Craig to other homeowners!

Ben was great he went way and over what I asked for

Ben delivered so much value. He made great recommendations and followed through quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend B.McClurg Enterprises!

I've used this company for several small project in the home and have found them to offer quality work at an affordable price. I will not hesitate to call them for other handyman type projects around the house in the future,

Workers showed up at all hours into the evening. The cabinet he ordered was too big so existing drywall needed to be cut. Didn't do the work he said. Returned tiles and kept the money. Very foul language. Seriously unhappy with the work. The entire bedroom ceiling was supposed to be scraped and redone but only parts of it were done. The wall they replaced in the bathroom is not square resulting in tiles not being square. The light fixtures over the sinks are not symmetrical. The paint job in the bathroom is very poor. We've had to replace the shower faucets ourselves and hang the mirrors ourselves. We were so happy to get him out of the house!

Ben was helpful in every way. Home inspection repair needed done fast and he delivered. Leo and Brian kept me well informed of every repair being done. I would recommend Ben McClurg for anyone who needs a job done right. I am calling him for future business. Thanks again.
