B-More Electric

Due to double booking, I have yet to receive a billing from contractor. Angi's has cancelled the other contractor booking, but Loew's has yet to refund me project billing.

The two guys that came to my home did a great job and were polite and respectful! They also cleaned up afterwards and took extra care when using a monster ladder. Thanks again!

Great! Above and beyond, will hire again

The electrician DROVE ON MY GRASS along most of my long driveway because his apprentice parked on the other side of the driveway instead of in one of my MANY parking places on 5 acres. B-more was hired to do 3 things. 1. Replace main breaker - that went fine, but they did not tell me time about fees for power cut off/permit until I got the bill. 2. Add boxes for dining room lights. a. He installed the wrong size boxes (5 inches instead of 4 inches) so I had to BUY DIFFERENT LIGHTS. b. One of the boxes was too small for the hole, so he had to come back and replace that one. 3. Move switch location. a. He was told no junction box, which he ignored (we were not there when he finished because he kept running to Lowes and we had plans, so our daughter was there). He had to come back and do as we asked. b. He did not put in the correct 3-way switch so one switch did not work, he had to come back for that too. They charge by the hour and it seems I was charged for his inefficiencies, contrary to what the owner said when I complained about all of this. After complaining, the owner gave us a 10% military discount that I was not offered originally.

They know their work and did an excellent job. They repaired and replaced what was needed and found what heaters were working fine.

They were time efficient, readily offered input and recommendations to find a better solution than originally planned, and the project was completed as desired. I had new overhead lighting installed in three bedrooms, and another installed in the main living room with a dimmer switch. They had no problem installing the hardware I had purchased, and they were courteous and cordial. If it were a more complex job I might rate higher if the same quality of work was done in a timely fashion. As it stands, I plan on hiring this company for any future electrical needs. I?ll always get multiple quotes, but due to the service I received, I will always call B-More first.

They were great and I will tell all my friends and family how great they were, very reasonable bid and they installed the generator within a couple of hours!

I had a problem with half my house without power . I had extention cords run through out the house . the guys from B-More electric came out assessed the problem and fixed the same day

TERRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY... I hired this company to trouble shoot and repair an electric problem my in- laws had been having. Their water heater and half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. We were refereed this company through Home Advisor and figured with their previous good reviews that it would be a positive experience to hire them. The day they made the repair everything seemed to be ok until the next day, same problems as before. Tried to get them to come back out to take another look since they had been paid in full and we wanted the issue to be set right. They set an appointment with me on behalf of my in laws to come out. They were a no call no show. I called them and left a message and you can never get a hold of anything other then an answering machine with this company. I left a message explaining that my in laws have been without hot water in the house and with winter setting in that this wasn't good. They are senior citizens and one is disabled so we have a sense of urgency and care that must be taken. They called back 5 hours after our appointment time to set another appointment and apologized. Relieved , i set another appointment for them to come out and rectify the situation for the next morning and again, no call, no show. my mother and father in law are still in their home with no hot water and when i call other companies in town they are booked out for a month. Never again will I trust any company simply because of their ratings and reviews on Home Advisor.

Installed pendant lights over kitchen island--the result was beautiful.

Good job. The only complaint we had was that Matt is not good about returning calls.

The only negative was they were about an hour late. I'm still giving the a good rating because everything else went well.

Replaced three motion sensor security lights. Arrived on time, did the work promptly. Would call on them again.
