Part of the job was to remove the existing tile and carpet; the workers did their best to keep the dust and mess to a minimum. They were very helpful and courteous. The job took a little longer than first estimated but I was very pleased with the results.

Keith was very responsive to all my calls and questions. Workers were on time! (5:30am) Completed work as promised! Quality was great (Job looks Outstanding). Price was good, half the cost of what another contractor quoted for the same work and material. I will use B N D Tile, LLC again. Thanks Keith

These people were the best! GREAT prices and the work was GREAT quality. They are very reliable and knowledgeable (hard to find that in contractors these days). Keith F. Was the low bidder on my project. Didn't show up to do work when he said he would on two occasions. Didn't listen to the customer about how the job was supposed to be done. Did poor quality drywall work that had to be done over again. Made a mess of my yard with construction materials and spray texture. Tile guys did a great job on the tile. Did one extra task not on the original task list. Didn't finish the job when he said he would. Asked for more money at the end of the job, claiming he had to drive across town a couple of extra times. Would NOT recommend this contractor to my friends.

The owner called several times to follow up between the time we requested bids and ultimately had the work done. Once we scheduled the job, he and his crew were pretty punctual and very efficient. A job that was projected to take three days took less than two. The end tile product was great -- very professionally installed. The crew was courteous and left the house clean, with everything back in its place.

B N D Tile did a very good job on the slate tile that they installed for me. They were able to make install it on an uneven surface(patio) and still make it look very good. They showed up when they said they were going to be there. I am very pleased with the work that they did. I would recommend them to everyone.

Polite, professional, and very easy to work with. We tiled two rooms that are adjacent to tile that was laid 5 years ago. When job was done you could not tell which was new and which was old. There were a couple of hollow tiles, but no more than in the original tiled areas, so I'm guessing that is due to inconsistencies in the floor.

I hired Keith from BND because his attitude was better than the other two. He had a can-do approach. He showed up on time and finished the work on time. He and his helper were courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. He did some extra tasks and didn't charge extra for that work. His tile installation was EXCELLENT!

Carlos was very polite and professional, He did a very good job cutting my granite tile countertops. He even helped with my side-by-side refridgerator in.
