Ejector pump with check valve was installed in basement on 10/14/2020. The price was a total rip off - no exceptions. The plumber cheated me with his sweet talk and overcharged me exorbitantly. ,On line I found that the necessary parts are available on Amazon or Liberty Plumbing or other sites for $448.75 + Tax. This BNK plumbier charged me $1103.00 taking advantage of my 82 year old age, ignorance, lack of knowledge on my part and the need of my plumbing project (though not urgent.). Their Labour charges amounted to $598.15 for just one hour work they did ( the plumber who never did any work and a junior trainee who did all the work) to install the ejector pump with check valve. I feel very scared of dealing with any workmen, vendors or salesmen. Everybody wants to cheat me and take advantage of my age, single lonely life and my lack of knowledge. I really dont know how to deal with these cheating people all over. I dont understand why these cheaters are after old people like me with limited resources and low social security benefits.

From the initial follow up through installation of the equipment it was professionally handled. I would use them again.

Insanely expensive for a 2 hour job. Shop around, you'll be better off.

This was a simple shower diverter replacement. I was given a discount without asking.

The guy from BNK was here in less than an hour. He was very personable and he kept everything very clean every step of the job. The job went well and he knew his business. Also he was done in less than an hour. The valve that turns the water off to the toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. The work was great the worker was great everything about the job was great then came the price. I haven't had a lot of plumbing jobs at my house but I think $175.00 for that small of a job was a little too much. I can't blame the worker I don't think he sets the prices but his company should charge a little less for such a small job. other than that the job went very well. I would hire this guy again but next time I will try to negotiate the price first.

I have a rental property. We experienced damage and thus leaking to a check valve. I logged into HomeAdvisor wrote up my issue. I received several calls. BNK Plumbing was the first to respond. I don't recall the young lady I spoke with but she was extremely friendly and explained the process. She asked additional questions about the connections, time and the issue. I answered and informed her I could also email a photo. I mailed a photo of the issue. Received a quote and schedule a visit. I then paid over the phone. Brendan arrived on time, was professional, clean and completed the fix correctly. There has not been any additional issues. In addition, Brendan had a very pleasant and inviting attitude. The cost of the estimate did not increase. It's great to know they have experience staff to provide accurate estimates over the phone and provide advise so no additional damage incur. Lastly and most important. Because Brendan spoke intelligently, respectfully, and was extremely thorough in install and testing, it gave me and the tenant a great impression that BNK is a great company with wonderful employees. Brendan and BNK, Thank you for making my day and week a lot easier!
