BNM Plumbing & Heating

My home is heated with forced hot water and the boiler failed late on a Friday night during a cold snap. Dennis responded immediately, visited first thing in the morning, found the boiler I selected and was back on Monday, finishing the job by dinner time. The boiler, piping, etc was beautifully installed and cleanup was thorough, all for much less than I had been previously quoted. BNM is my new go to, and when my drain clogged a month later Dennis and co came through for us, clearing the pipe at the source, installing a garbage disposal, and fixing a leaky toilet while they were there. He is the best plumber I’ve ever hired, and very pleasant to work with too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience - from the initial phone call to the quick free assessment to the work being completed. He gave me the plan for the primary issue and pointed out a secondary issue and asked if I’d like to take care of it as well, which was fantastic. Finished much faster than I’d expected with high quality, a few follow up tips, and a very fair price as previously agreed. Highly recommended, I’ll be hiring them again for sure.

Needed annual service and had a leaking air scoop. Dennis was great - he replaced the scoop and serviced the boiler. I?ve used him before for annual service, replacing expansion tanks and for servicing a steam system at a different house. He is easy to work with.

I was in a mess with a complete hack job that the previous homeowner had done for our tenants’ stacked washer/dryer setup. It was so bad that the installation crew wouldn’t even install the new unit. Dennis was able to come by within a day to provide an estimate, and had the work done a day or two after that. Excellent service, great communication, fair prices, and wonderful work (the new install is very crisp and clean)! I also had Dennis tune up both furnaces for our multi-family, and he was available to replace the auto-feeder on my tenants’ heater the same day the part came in. I’ll definitely be calling BNM for my plumbing needs going forward!
