BNO Builders

We've worked with Ben Giat before on a complex retaining wall project. Since then, he's launched his own company and we recently completed another piece of work with them. It involved rerouting pipes to the street and as per city permits we needed to cut open a large portion of the sidewalk and pour concrete and asphalt to finish it. BNO builders worked in a timely manner, worked clean and were thoughtful in making decisions on how the pavers would be finished. They were all very pleasant to work with and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend BNO builders and Ben and his team. Will definitely be using them again.

While searching for contractors for a kitchen remodel, we were contacted by BNO builders who offered to come and give us a quote. Not having done any remodeling since the purchase of our house in 1992, we were unsure of what to expect. Several companies were not interested in our smaller project and those who came to give a quote wanted to convince us to do a much higher end remodel than we were prepared to do. Nestor at BNO was willing to come short notice on a Sunday, took preliminary measurements, discussed what we wanted, made suggestions, and gave us company background information. He listened carefully to our needs and respected our budget restrictions. He sent photos of other projects they had completed, explained the process and sent a quote with are needs and additional options discussed. We narrowed the scope of work, were sent a revised quote and we approved. Once the work was started, they kept us informed on progress and made additional suggestions as things were discovered they felt we might want to consider but without belaboring the point. They were very responsive to our inquiries, the workers ensured that the rest of our house was protected, helped select flooring and counters and got everything installed in 2 weeks. Great job, friendly and communicative, were able to answer all our questions. We are very pleased with the contracting process, the work and the customer service and interactions.
