Jose is conscientious, punctual, pleasant, and polite. He is very capable and is upfront about discussing what may or may not be needed in a project. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. He repaired or replaced glass in several windows at my home and rental property. He identified a rotten area that extended to the exterior and repaired, painted and finished it to perfectly match the surrounding exterior surface. I also hired him for a variety of other small projects. He is my “go to” repairman.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the time it took to drive out get the measurment, order the glass, and install it. I would recommend Jose.

Had an amazing experience with Jose at Window Medics. Jose came out and measured a broken window that my 10 year old broke with a baseball. About 2 weeks later the window was manufactured and ready to install. Installation was fast, (maybe 30 minutes total) which included something else I had him look at while he was here. Awesome service, reasonable price, wouldn't consider using anyone else from here on out!

We hired Jose from Boise Window Medics to repair multiple popped seals and faulty balances on a rental home. He did a great job. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable, too. When he was done, he cleaned up the area and left a beautiful clean window. He communicated with us all the way through the process from placing the order to when it was received. We will be using him on our other homes and have recommended him to our neighbors. Jose is capable of doing good work, ut if you're expecting fair pricing and professional communication, be prepared for disappointment. I was given two different quotes, one for $188 and another for $299. Rather than clarifying or honoring the lower price, he defaulted to the higher one without discussion. In the end, I paid over $100 more than discussd. This kind of inconsistency reflects disorganization at best, and opportunism at worst. For the amount I was charged, I would have expected a more complete service,such as cleaning up the leftover glass. But that wasn?t part of the job, apparently. He showed up, did the work, and benefited from my honesty when I pointed out the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me. The five-year warranty is a strong point, and I do appreciate the effort he put on a hot day. Professionalism is about more than just finishing the job, its about how you treat your customers and run your business. If you care about all that, Jose is not the one.

Jose was great at responding to the initial contact (through the Angi app) and all subsequent questions. He was hired to replace a long narrow window in the bathroom above the bathtub. We were able to set an appointment date and time that followed the availability of a replacement window and he was very punctual!. Jose was very respectful of my property and bathroom, took the time to clean his shoes each entry and put down protective covering in the bathtub where he needed to put a ladder. His work was quick and efficient. During the install, he explained what he was doing next. When completed, he cleaned the area so that it looked as if he hadn't been there. I have already recommended him to friends who also need windows replaced. Would definitely have him repair/replace other windows if the need occurs.

I hired the company to replace my windows in Boise. Then we hired them to install 29 windows and 2 slides doors in two properties located in Austin and McAllen Tx. The owner did an excellent job! I truly recommend Boise Window Medics. Excellent job, on time, and affordable prices.

Jose was fantastic in fixing up some water damaged siding. He was upfront and honest about the work needed done and pricing. I'm military stationed in Florida and need work done on my rental property in idaho and his communication and patience was amazing. He sent picture along the way and explained everything he was doing nit just to me, but my tenants. He was mindful of my tenants schedule and worked to accommodate. I was never blindsided with hidden costs, which was a relief when we found more damaged under the siding (pics of everything was sent) I was expecting a huge bill from what was quoted for a few boards to be replaced. I was more than comfortable and happy with the final price. The repairs looks great, tenants are happy, insurance is happy, and I have a warranty. I would recommend Jose at Boise window medics any day!!

Window Medics replaced my sliding patio door. They did a great job in record time. Their customer service is awesome. This is the second time I’ve used their services and both times communication was prompt and complete. They arrived when they said they would and left the area clean and neat. I would definitely hire them again.

On a recent walk, I was lucky enough to run into Jose Luis Pelayo, who was working on a house in my neighborhood. I had a broken window (grandson, dog, tennis ball, you get the picture) that needed to be replaced. Jose answered all my questions and gave me his card. The next day he came over to measure, and within a week I had a beautiful new tempered glass window installed. Jose is friendly, very professional and fast. I can't recommend Window Medics and especially Jose Luis Pelayo enough. Great job! Hire them- you won't be disappointed.

After getting the run around from other window places and handymen for literal months I called up window medics and had it quoted within a week. Waited one more week for the glass and it ended with a clean 20minute installation. Workers were kind, clean, and professional. If I ever need another job done you can bet Iâ ll be calling Window Medics 1st. Job details: window replacement of a 3rd story swing out window. Old, broken, and moldy window pane replaced and carried off by workers after completing the job.
