Bonsai Tree Trimming LLC

Very efficient. Does a thorough job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his business.

Great job!

I was referred to Jose and Bonsai Tree Services by a technician who was evaluating the health of all the trees on my 3/4 acre property in Santa Fe. I contacted Jose and he and his bi-lingual son, Adam, visited my property, inspected the more than 50 pinon, juniper and elm tress, and provided me with a quote to cut and trim dead or dying branches and clear and clean the premises. We negotiated and agreed on a price. Jose did not require that I pay him anything up front. He told me that he would show me the quality of work and service he would provide and that I could pay him toward the end of the job. This was a large job so it would take several days and we agreed that he could schedule visits over the period of a few weeks as his schedule would allow. Things went exactly as he and I discussed and he promised. He visited the property approximately 7-8 times with his crew, including his very friendly son (who is bilingual and helps with translation), and each visit showed very clear and high quality progress and results. Jose did ask for a partial payment 3/4 of the way through the job. He did not pressure me for a fixed amount. He proposed and I agreed. It was ~40% of the total. When the work was completed I paid him the balance. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Jose struggles with English, which is why his son accompanies him, but don't let that stand in the way of deciding to work with him. He is a good man who cares about his reputation, work product and his clients. He earned this review and I am happy to offer it.

Outstanding work at an excellent price. Worked with us time wise; very flexible. Knowledgeable giving us good advice on how to care for trees.

Jose and Cullen did an outstanding job weeding the street side/public facing section of our sidewalk, as well as pruning our front yard yucca plants. Part of the massive weeding process involved digging at least 3 to 4 feet to excavate and completely de-root two invasive elm trees that were six to seven years old. Both men showed up on time in the morning and did the job exactly as requested, ending with a professional clean up for all work done. I would highly recommend Jose and his crew. He's an honest and professional individual who takes pride in his work. His word is his bond.
