    I called Cameron and Eric to assist with what I believed to be a small mold problem. When they arrived, they looked over the possibly infected area and showed me that the issue was much worse than I had thought, or hoped. I had mold in the walls and under the carpet on my second story, as well as water damage on the first story. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. However, that was not the best part about the service. During the project, I attempted to disconnect my fridge from the wall to allow access to the wall for treatment. When I disconnected the fridge water line, the water started spraying out all over my home and me. Apparently, the shut off valve was broke. While I was trying to stop the water (unsuccessfully), Eric and Cameron from BOR sprang into action. They attempted to turn off my water main but were not able, to due to the fact; the water main shut off valve was also broke. They attempted to shut of the main water supply by the street but lacked the correct tools to do so. (No one has those tools except city water workers and plumbers). They knocked on neighbors doors asking if they had some of the necessary tools, but there were none. Eric improvised and used a handy dandy wrench and made magic happen by muscling the valve off... Thank goodness. Due to the fact my kitchen and dining room were flooding, they grabbed their water vacuum from their truck and quickly cleaned up my entire water mess preventing further damage to my home. They purchased a compression valve at the hardware store and placed it on the valve until a plumber arrived and fixed the brokenness. Eric and Cameron continued to work and finished the job they came to do. I called the right company at the right time to help me. I do not know of another company that would have jumped in and assisted the way they did. My wife, nine kids and I thank you for everything. - John

    Cameron responded within minutes of submitting my inquiry. He & Eric and their whole crew were professional and quick to come begin the mold removal & drying the water damage in our house. The whole process took 6 days and they were great at keeping us updated and checking in at our convenience. As an additional sign of their courtesy, we have a dog undergoing medical treatment and needed to be kept calm. Eric & Cameron were courteous enough to call us to notify they had arrived instead of ringing the doorbell and exciting the dog. They are the example of excellent customer service! I will definitely be recommending them.

    My wife and I had a sewer leak in our house with water damage and mold. Eric and his son came out right away to asses the damage and provide an estimate for restoration. Within 24 hours the work was completed. Eric and his son were extremely detailed and professional. When I had challenges with processing my insurance claim Eric took the time to call my insurance company and provide additional information that enabled me to finalize my claim and get reimbursed. I would highly recommend working with BOR Restoration.

    After removal of a problem area in a kitchen, BOR advised that all mold was gone from that area, but did not get a post clearance before pulling containment. This company recommended that I get a mold test done after I called them back and told them I was still having issues being in the space. The independent testing company came in and advised that this company had not even finished the work in the kitchen as there was evidence of mold on drywall above a joist and that a bottom cabinet and soffit should have been removed from the kitchen. The area tested positive and it verified that not all of the mold had been removed. Before hiring BOR, I also expressed a concern about the HVAC. I was told by BOR that it would not be a concern. After BOR left the premises and collected payment the owner suggested getting the air ducts cleaned and then stated it may have affected the air ducts. The duct cleaning company I contacted was surprised that this was not handled by the remediation company. I was left handling a lot of issues that a remediation company should have handled from beginning to end as well as having to re-enter the space before it was safe to do so in order to address any of the reamaining issues. I have hired a second company to complete the work properly and safely.
