Angel and Travis did an excellent job. They were doing regular a/c maintenance and discovered a clog in our drain line. They used solvent and vacuum suction on the outside line to clear the clog. All the work was part of our regular maintenance contract. Climate Experts has well trained courteous technicians and office staff. They know their business. You may find them a little pricier than some competitors, but they are honest and professional. They always offer additional services and work, but those are decisions you make. Our previous a/c company was not reliable. I think you will find Climate Experts ARE.

Daryll was very professional and explained everything he was doing, showed pictures of actual part to be installed and why he suggested the install. Suggested some duct work in which I’m waiting for the rep to come and give estimate on that process.

Malcolm was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my system. As he was servicing the machine he located a leak in the coil, he immediately explained the problem and made the repairs as quickly as he could. He was extremely considerate, well mannered and is a quiet professional. I am always impressed with the employees professionalism when they arrive, as well as the service they provide. Rest assured that when someone needs A/C repair, the only advice I give is to call Climate Experts.

Malcolm was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issues with my older system and once we determined the best course of action was a new system he was able to get me a great price and quick install. Tanner surprised me with a full vent box rebuild which is well insulated and looks great. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service from Climate Experts and will be sure to refer them to anyone needing AC service or system replacement.

They were very fast responding to our need (our water heater started leaking badly and needed to be replaced) and got things done in a very timely manner.
