Although Jeff was late to deliver, he completed the project very well. He is a busy contractor and I liked dealing with him and his staff.

They came to meet me today "around 4 o'clock," came at 4:30 and the job was done in half an hour. Jeff was Knowledgeable about the sumacs he was cutting down, pleasant and, all in all, a grand experience. I'll be calling him back in two or three years if more of the sumacs start growing again and will definitely recommend him to others..

The price was below competitors and BPC did a reasonable job. The followup with customer was lacking! I would have rated this company higher but due to customer followup I rated accordingly.
