Communication is key when having major home repairs/upgrades. I had a very long list of electrical needs which Brian and I went over, one by one. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. Any changes were discussed prior to the work being done, and a price agreed upon beforehand. The changes were mostly add-ons, initiated by me. He ran new wiring and installed several light fixtures and ceiling fans, changed all my can lights to flush-mount LED fixtures (over 40), replaced outdoor porch lights with LED fixtures, removed an ugly track light system in my exercise room and installed 2' x 2' LED panels (it looks like a beautiful office suite now), hard-wired and mounted a picture light in my staircase (no easy task), added new outlets in two bathrooms, wired and mounted two outdoor Ring spotlight cameras, installed a charging outlet for an EV in my garage, and the list goes on and on. Both he and his business partner, José, were very professional, polite, trustworthy, and respected my home and belongings. BP Electric is the best. They are my go-to electrician from now on.
