B&P Foundation Repair was such a great group. They had to drill 12 holes inside our house. They worked hard and completed the job and cleaned up in 2 days. Their cost was the best out of 5 estimates. I would recommend them if you need foundation repair!

In the midst of this pandemic where many businesses had to shut down, it is comforting to know that some are still run with integrity. Breck came by and did a thorough measurement in several parts of the house. As it turns out, we didn’t have a foundation problem after all. Breck did not at all hesitate to let us know. He even took the time to explain what may be causing the cracks in our ceiling. We are saving his contact info and will be recommending him to our friends.

they are a fairly good company. real quick. but they did not clean up as well as i'd hope afterwards. the outside looks fine but they could have used a broom on the inside of the house. i did like brecks knowledge of home construction. its clear he has been doing this a while.

B&P Company is a very experienced and competent organization. I worked with Mr. Phillip Miller from the start through to the finish. He was polite, knowledgeable, great to work with. The work crew came on time, knew what to do and worked hard for two days. They put in 13 piers and did a great job of replanting the shrubbery and cleaning up. I would recommend B & P Foundation Repair to anyone who needs Foundation work done. A very competent and experienced crew only took 1 day to add 10 piers to my home and improve my downspout drainage. All my questions and concerns were addressed.

Do not wait to repair/level! We waited 6 months and the damage and repair work required doubled - more sheetrock cracks, deeper/wider existing cracks, cracked/popped tiles, cracked brick facade, mortar loss, etc. do not wait. We hired an independent engineer who provided a repair scope and B&P was prepared to perform work prescribed without issue. B&P was very patient and responsive throughout the process but I should have jumped on the foundation work ASAP. Once we had a schedule, I took a week off work so I could monitor and be flexible schedule-wise. B&P mustered two crews to demo a large concrete patio w/steps, level the pad under AC units, level my brick mailbox, and install 13 steel piers and level the house - TWO DAYS. Still have a few mop-up items to complete and waiting on receipt, warranty and detail drawings of pier installations. I expect to work w/B&P next year to address/improve drainage around the property to minimize likelihood of future issues. Get a quote from this contractor!

I got 5 quotes and got more confused as I went along. When I narrowed it down to 2... Without thinking about the price... They had the strongest piers and gave me the information I needed on first appointment. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely!

It took me a while to decide if I even wanted to share my review. When my husband and I first met Breck, he was nice and answered our questions and provided us with an estimate for the work we needed done to our foundation. We felt good about hiring him for the job. This good feeling eventually became regret upon the completion of the job. His workers showed up on time to do the work, but the clean up was sloppy. They left a few of our sprinklers buried under the dirt they had dug up. Also, after the job was completed, we tested our sprinklers and they were not working when prior to the foundation work, they were functioning just fine. I called Breck to sort this matter out and at first he asked us to be sure if it was not user error. None of the sprinklers were working and we knew we were turning them incorrectly so it must have been something his workers did underground when they dug up the dirt. It frustrated me that I would call Breck and he would tell me his worker would come out and take a look and then the next day came and he never showed up, and I never received a call from Breck, not until I had to be the one to call him to check on the status of his worker coming. When I told Breck that the issue with the sprinklers were not due to user error, he offered to send a sprinkler expert to assess, which was nice of him, but to set this up was also frustrating as I would have to call Breck several times. Finally, the sprinkler expert did their diagnostic work and lo and behold the problem was that when the workers dug into the dirt, they cut into the sprinkler wire. The sprinkler expert fixed the damage and then left. I never once received a phone call from Breck apologizing to me about the damage or to even check in to say ;hey just want to see how your sprinklers are doing and Terrible customer service on that part. And to add salt to the wound, the workers had to pull out two of our front bushes to get to the foundation, but when they attempted to plant them back, they did such a poor job that our bushes died. I get that they cant guarantee that our landscape will be back to how it was before, but could not they at least try to take better care of what they do. Overall, after spending what felt like a good amount of money on this foundation repair, my husband and I are left feeling frustrated and regret. If we could go back in time, we would have hired someone else.

We recently had foundation repair work completed on our home from B & P Foundation Repair. We had 14 concrete piers placed around the garage area of our home. 4 cut-outs had to be done in our driveway against the garage of home and filled again with concrete once concrete piers were in place. Once the area of the garage causing the issue was elevated with concrete piers all in place, the visible cracks / gaps in the garage and on the outside of our home closed up and were no longer visible as they had been. Breck Miller and his team were awesome! The job was completed in 2 days. Breck was great to work with and I felt the total cost of the work completed was fair. I was very impressed with the team that completed the work. All were professional, hard workers, worked well together and it was obvious that they knew their job well as they did a great job. The team did a great job of cleaning up all areas after the work was completed. You wouldn t know that we had foundation repair work done with the way they cleaned up after. The front flower bed was put back together nicely by the team replanting the cactus plants and placing other items back in the flower bed very close to how it all was prior to the job. Very impressive! I recommend B & P Foundation Repair to anyone that is concerned and seeking advice on whether foundation repairs need to be done to actually having the job done by them. Mr. Philip Miller was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He inspected the outside of our home and using a specialized level system measured floor inside confirming our foundation was within specs and did not see any problems. Even though we did not need any repairs he was willing to explain the foundation repair process. We really appreciated his knowledge and honesty.
