Brandon knows what heâ s doing when it comes to drainage and landscaping. I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail and how accurate his quote was. Not only that but his plan worked flawlessly. I was having a ton of water flowing and sitting in my yard. He came out to review and had a plan on what he needed to do. He kept me informed throughout the project and made little tweaks as he went. This was not an easy job but Brandon went above and beyond to help. Drainage is never an industry I knew much about but I am glad I found South Creek Logistics. If you are having any type of drainage issue, make sure to call Brandon first.

South Creek did an excellent job cleaning our 1/2 acre semi-wooded lot of leaves late in the season. We couldn't keep up with all of the leaves each week and finally decided to hire someone to help. Brandon provided a free quote on-site and stuck to the agreed upon amount even though the job took a good bit longer than originally anticipated/quoted. We had a lot of leaves and wet weather left the leaves damp. He and his crew were on time and professional. They blew all of the leaves from the property to the front then vacuumed and shredded them to haul away. We anticipate hiring South Creek again next season.

We have been extremely pleased with all our services. We are using ongoing scheduled lawn maintenance as well having had some landscape services done. We are in a new build community and South Creek have been wonderful in all aspects and have gotten our yard in top shape.

Brandon knows his job but if you cross him over issues he gets ugly. I used him for almost a year and finally had to let him go. Who needs to fight over lawn work? All because he would not clean up the debris around the outside of one of my islands in the front of my house. Wish I could post pictures to show the job. Sad.

"We offer a lot of services, unfortunately we can not provide leaf/pine needle clean up services free of charge. Client only requested lawn service, and keeps requesting other tasks outside the scope of lawn service and expects it to be free of charge. I repeatedly offered those services respectfully and got bad mouthed in return. I never had a client expect us to work for free, this is a first for me. I did however complete her requests until it got to be too much. I fully understand someone want entire property manicured, we love to service those clients properties, but offer property management plans for that scope of work outside of LA."

I had an emergency on Sunday and needed my grass cut the following day, SCL made it happen. When inquiring about prices/service I received a reply within minutes. I love that SLC was understanding of my emergency and helped out quickly. My lawn looks fantastic. I love the follow-up call from Brandon pertaining to my lawn after the service, to me that is great customer service. I would highly recommend SCL and I will continue to use them. Very pleased!!!

Brandon did an AWESOME job cutting down several large clumps of pampas grasses - a back breaking chore that my husband and I dread doing every year. He did a beautiful job - so neat and trim and he cleaned up the area wonderfully. We should have hired him years ago! We are going to hire him every year from now on for the gardening chores we no longer enjoy, or are too hard on us as we get older, errr, more "mature". He was SUPER polite, incredibly informative (he educated me on how to prune our crepe myrtles, which I was doing that morning) again, I wish I'd hired him years ago! He showed up on time, and gave me several options of how he could do the job. Pricing was very reasonable. We couldn't be more pleased with the service!

He was very good at keeping me informed at every step of the job, especially since I was out of town and could not be there in person. "Sorry your results are not what you wanted , we skimmed the area & applied the necessary amendments(Lime/Gypsum/Organic Fertilizer/Top Dressed) . We seeded the area with correct cultivator & sowed the seed in 1/4" . We seeded at correct time of year. Our job was completed 100% & your where more than happy & left a"" 5 star review @ that point "". I told you the watering schedule needed for irrigation & where your irrigation system covered correctly was successful . I did repair your irrigation rotors that where damaged free of charge as well as the others that where broken for you free of charge. Thank you for offering to pay for parts. i can not help that your back yard sprinklers do not cover all the area to be watered as you did not want that corrected. i told you watering by hand and or hose will not mist the water correctly as a irrigation head will. watering by hand will wash away seed. i seeded your lawn a second time free of labor & paid half the materials . i continued to offer your money back 100% towards sodding the area that is not successful . i did everything in my power for you. that is all i can do,if more can be done i would have done that for you . i want your seed to be successful as much as you do. i have seeded many fescue lawns with 100% success , watering is the key to that after job is performed correctly . Changing your review is not fair to our business as we offered you every option possible ,sod,seed & your money back. we are here to serve the community & you. it was very nice working with you , as you are very respectful & that's why i offered you everything i could for you. Sod,Seed,& shrub installs are perishable products if not correctly cared for immediately after installation , it is the nature of this work. Background - Moved into a new house with a neglected yard and entire falls worth of leaves and debris on the ground. I need a traditional cleanup in addition to a large hedge trim and flower bed cleanup. Initially, Brandon came out and gave me a quote on the work I needed done, and while the price was on PAR with what I had received from a few other companies, it was Brandon who sold me on South Creek. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about lawns and landscaping, and that translated into my confidence into his ability to not only get the job done, but to get the job done right. From there, the invoice and payment process were completed securely online which I much preferred over a store bought credit card reader that attaches to a cell phone. Brandon was quick to reply and was able to schedule my job within the same the week. They arrived on time and got the job done quicker than I expected. There's no doubt I'll be using South Creek for lawn maintenance in the spring and highly recommend you consider doing the same.

If you are budget minded, this service may seem somehow on the high end, but they responded quickly and they did the job as promised. However, it's my first experience with such a service and I did not have time to shop around. For the moment I give them 5 stars.
