Extremely knowledgeable fellows and helped make the process of a full generator install easy. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Bryan and team to upgrade our electrical panel. Not only was Bryan able to order the parts and get them within two weeks (while other companies were dealing with long lead times), but he also gave us the best price by far. The team that came out was efficient and friendly - definitely recommend!

I would like to let you know that I am dissatisfied with your recent service. You guys came to do generator maintenance work at my home yesterday. First, let me address the bill issue. I expected a regular bill of $240 range when I scheduled this regular maintenance service. The technician threw me a bill of $369 after the work without any prior discussion of whether I am fine or not with that. It had to be discussed with me before throwing me this unexpected bill higher than usual. Secondly, there was a thermostat failure happened during his work. It lost power connection and got shut down. It was working all fine until he appeared. Not sure, if he accidentally cut some connection between generator and main panel, which feed thermostat the power. I found it immediately after he left and I called immediately at your number 978 251 4433 so that the technician could come back and see it. The service representative on phone said to me that she would connect with the technician and let me know. She did not get back to me till the end of the day yesterday. Now, when I called back today, I heard that you guys are not coming back to see it at all. I understand that this might or might not be related to generator. However, it happened exactly during his work. He had to come back and see it. This is completely frustrating, lack of professionalism and poor communication from your side.

Response from Company:

Thank you sir for taking the time to review our services, as it was explained to you servicing the generator and replacing a battery in the generator that was dead has nothing to do with your thermostats. Again let me be clear, our technician never entered your home, never cut or disabled anything in your home, so you having heating issues has nothing to do with generator services outside the home. This is common sense to most all people occupying our planet, not sure why after explaining this you fail to comprehend the relation between two separate systems.

5.0 Roger A. North Andover, MA

They did a great job.

4.5 Maria D. Burlington, MA

I found few companies that do the kind of work Logue does. That is, check up service calls yearly and on standby if your generator fails.

The company is experienced, has good reviews and answered all of my questions and I compared them to three other companies. Their estimated price is very competitive. I hired B.P. Logue and they are to install the Generac generator in July 2021. So I cannot complete my review until several more months have passed. However, so far so good.
