I was very impressed with the professional and detailed attention given by Jay Bell and his BPM Environmental Solutions Company. Jay and his workers were all helpful and careful with the tenting of my home, from start to finish! They packed up all the perishables, offered assistance with any help needed, and were very vigilant as the tent was being placed over the whole house, avoiding any breakage of the clay roof tiles. The whole process was well planned, orchestrated, and scheduled, unlike any of my previous experiences. I highly recommend BPM and will definitely use their services again when needed! This company is amazing. They were able to eradicate our carpenter ants and outside bugs. We no longer have a problem with any ghost ants or ants in the house. By spraying outside we also have not seen any Frogs for months. Fairly priced and professional. Saved us thousands of dollars compared to Orkin and Truly Nolen.

I was desperate. My house was INFESTED with RATS!!! Everywhere. My house had opening Everywhere due to a bad contractor who abandoned the proyect and took the money. So I didn't know who to trust. I called BPM Environmental Services because it was under the BBB list hoping and praying they will help me with this infestation. My first impression was good when I met Jay Bell. He explained step by step what he was going to do. He repeated to me as many times as I need it to understand exactly how his work was going to be done. He did tell me it was going to take about 3weeks. He did absolutely everything I asked him to do. Every details that need it to be done he did. He is very friendly but more over he is very professional in his line of duty. He is very approachable and he will always keep you informed on every little detail he does. You probably by now are wondering how many rats and mice he got rid off....well over 30 I would say. I have no words to thank him enough for all the good work he did. Jay...Thanks

I called Jay at BPM Environmental Services on Tuesday morning and requested a same-day termite inspection and WDO report for a real estate transaction. Jay was friendly, upfront about the process and fees for the service, and most importantly, was able to accommodate my same-day request. Once the inspection was complete, Jay left me a voicemail to summarize how the inspection went. When I called back to ask questions, Jay never pushed any unwanted or additional services on me. Their charge for the inspection was $50 less than competitors. I am pleased with the customer service I received and would use BPM again.

Prompt. Knowledgeable. Raised the carpeting along the wall where ants were entering. and treated the little nest the ants had formed. Reset the carpeting. Treated the exterior of the wall and lawn also. Have not seen a live ant after 3 days. Will call him again when needed.

Within 5 minutes of our posting, representative of BPM Environmental called us, discussed the problem (on a Saturday) and arranged for an inspection during the afternoon. 2. The representative showed up later that afternoon, within the appointment window. 3. He inspected the condition and offered a treatment program that addressed the situation and he didn't try to "sell us" a full, in-needed fumigation of the house. It was great to work with him and we signed a contract that Saturday afternoon. We had already heard about BPM and all our feedback was positive. 4. The treatment program was scheduled for Monday, between 2:00 and 4:00. He arrived early, at 1:30, but not before he called to ask if it was okay to arrive early. The treatment didn't take 2 hours -- it lasted 3.5 hours. 5. Nobody else has contacted us about our request, but BPM has got it done, it is under a one year guarantee, and he will be coming back in two weeks to check out the results. As far as we are concerned, BPM's response has been exceptional. We have previously contracted with national house and lawn care services that have not been nearly as responsible as BPM has. BPM. you have been great and we thank you. This is what contracting and service is all about.
