BPS did a full roof install on a historic chapel in Vassalboro Maine. The job was of very high quality, the price was very competitive and actually one of the lower prices we received, and BPS owner researched with insurance rep to be sure that materials (underlayment in this case) would be most favorable (regarding historic structure) for potential claims if necessary. Finally, the job was done in cold and windy conditions without delays and BPS updated us while work was being done and made follow up contact after the job.

Great experience, we had Bill's team replace our roof and they did a great job. The quality of work was impressive and the short amount of time it took them to complete the work even more so. We found BPS Roofing on this site and I am so glad we did. Bill was very responsive when I had questions, I would highly recommend going with this company!

Great team, came in got right to work completed both our home and repaired and installed support beams in our barn in two days. Had a bit of a chimney issue that was not part of the job, that the crew made sure was fixed before leaving.

Bill and his team were fantastic to work with. They did a great job, were reliable, reasonably priced, and kept in constant communication throughout the job. Bill personally made sure everything went smoothly. Should be mentioned that ours was a particularly challenging job, as it required working with another contractor to remove an old asbestos roof before BPS could put the new one on. Bill did a fantastic job coordinating with the other contractor, and ensuring the transition was seamless. I highly recommend BPS.

BPS was very timely completing the new roof. The quality of the installation of our new standing seam metal roof was outstanding and the project came in at the cost quoted. We are very happy with BPS.

This company did a great job ripping up old shingles, putting down new sheathing and shingles on a historic building. They were conservative with materials and stayed within their time frame.The area was clean upon completion. Negotiations were fair.

I hired BPS to install a metal roof and remove two sky lites on my double wide. The installation took a little longer to get done than expected, but that was do weather and unforeseen problems with another job. Bill explained why it was taking longer then what seemed necessary to me. The crew that installed the roof were very professional, the removed the sky lites and installed the roof in just three days. The area was always keep clean and all excess material was removed. There was one problem with a vent pipe being bent by snow. I contacted Bill on a Sunday by text, he had a crew woking in my area and they stopped by and did a repair on Monday. They did not have silicon with them to complete the repair, so Bill came on Tuesday and completed the job. I will have BPS do my garage when the roof needs to be replaced. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new roof.

Bill is very responsive to calls and text messages. He checks in must days. The only negative is that he is not always on site so projects may not be completed as outlined.

Hired BPS Roofing to replace old metal roof with new metal roof. They did an excellent job. Workers were professional and friendly. Work area was always kept clean. I would recommend this company.

BPS Roofing is a fantastic company. The owner, Bill Smith, is incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful in coming up with affordable solutions to difficult building problems. He also helped us deal with the insurance company, getting us thousands of dollars more to be able to remediate problems and rebuild our house. Bill made himself available time after time, and remained with a project that took over one year to complete! Can't say enough good things about Bill. He really cares about his work, is so helpful, and has a great company.

Bill works with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.

Metal roof installers in my area are very busy and typically are scheduling work for at least 3 months in the future. BPS Roofing was able to work us into their schedule and get the job done within two weeks. Best of all they did a high quality job at a competitive cost. They were careful to assure the full material warranty of 35 years would apply to our location as we are close to salt water. At the completion of the job there was a careful walk-around with the crew chief to assure we were fully satisfied.

Had BPS roofing do my house and garage with metal roofing. Price was great, quality and workmanship was excellent. I would recommend this company anytime. The workers cleaned up everyday and always asked if I was satisfied. Only saw one small problem, and was taken care of immediately.

I had BPS put a new roof put on my log cabin, which included first removing all of the old decking and roof framing. They re-framed, insulated, put on a new decking and metal roof, which had several skylights. The replaced all the fascia boards as well. I was very pleased with the result. The crew undertook their work with diligence, were very respectful and easy to talk to about alterations and cleaned up the job site every day. The cost was very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give them five stars for customer service was that it took a bit longer than I expected for them to start the job, but I'm sure its difficult for them to predict how long it would take to complete the jobs ahead of you. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that BPS did and would certainly recommend the company to others.

We had 3 estimates done and this team was the most affordable and the only ones who actually climbed up on our old roof to give an accurate quote. They installed a metal roof on our home and the result is stunning. They did a great job and we recommend them.
