"BQS strives to ensure customer satisfaction. In this event the technician was in an accident. We said that we would reschedule for within 24 hours to accommodate this client. We are very apologetic, but this was not a foreseeable issue. The client was also offered a discount in price for the services. We are always upfront with our charges and what they mean. Different services/packages are different prices. However our prices do not fluctuate with out cause or notification. In regards to our refund policy, we refund the money instantaneously. Your bank, however, may take 1-7 business days to process the request."
