The quality and workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism fo Case Handyman far exceeded our expectatons. We had an urgent problem -- our roof was literally "caving in" due to the torrential rains of the "Summer of '04" and this Company literally saved our house -- in 1 1/2 days? An entire new roof? On a 1923 2 1/2 story slate roof home? When what appears to be an entire company of soldiers from Ft. Lee moves in and attacks the problem with 16 Forrest Gumps and 2 Lt. Dans, and a Gen. Robert. E. Lee in the background, supervising the entire effort, the heck with Gen. Grant. Indeed, the South shall rise again. And it did!

The contractor chosen was very professional, timely, and courteous. I did however misunderstand the quote and thought more would be repaired than was repaired. However, what was requested to be repaired was done in an excellent manner with products agreed upon.
