I hired him for a job which he completed and hired him for another job which he ran out of time and said his equipment was stolen and would need another week. He never came back to finish the job and I couldn't get ahold of him. We paid him for half the job.

Bill and his crew were very diligent in completing the job to our satisfaction. I might add it was raining during the entire process. Billy"s will be returning in the Spring to remove other trees.

If you have trees to be removed, hire this guy. I was told that it would take him 2 days, maybe 3, to finish my deck job. It turned into 3 weeks. I understand a couple of days of rain will hinder a schedule but not this much. The problem was their tree svc comes first. You can't get anything done in 3 days when you show up at 4 p.m. The only full day they were there was the last day, and that's only because I had had it. Although I did pay them, the job was not completed. I still have a railing that was not replaced that was part of the scope of work. The work they did was fine, but there were too many other issues to recommend them further.

"Correction it did not take take 3 weeks it took 8 days. Even if you started counting days from when we gave you your estimate it still would not have been 3 weeks.so I'm not sure the confusion ther I have proof of that as well. We took apart your deck and kept uncovering problems with all of the old rotten decking. And to fix it the proper way took us more time and dealing with all of the rainy weather.we did free things for you like building your wall for you,that was rotten and caving in just to try to make it up to you for taking longer then 2 days that we had expected. If everything was not rotted it wouldn't have taken any time at all."

I added another small project as they were taking the last tree down and they complied immediately at no extra cost!! I was hoping but not expecting that reaction. I was very please with the work they did and the cost of the entire project! Thanks again.

We are very pleased with Billy's work from start to finish. He was on-time for our initial appointment, arriving even a few minutes early. His price for the job was very reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the process; his communication was excellent. He is extremely courteous. He is apparently a very hard worker as he paid great attention to detail and went the extra mile; we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We will definitely contact Billy the next time that we need work done and we highly recommend him.

"I am sorry you feel this way because you left a voicemail for me saying that you were fine with what was done and for me to not come back so I am confused with your remark. I also do not appreciate you not warning me about your neighbor who was throwing logs over the fence trying to hit me and my wife. she.almost.hit us several times, and was cursing us the entire time.that is something you should put on the table before some one takes the job as well."

Billy was willing to work with me to meet the needs for my repair project. He and his team stayed in touch throughout the job to advise me of needed modifications. They also phoned me for approval to work late ie., that the after-hours schedule would not disturb residents. I'm waiting for him to contact me next week to follow up on some finishing details. Provided he follows through with that commitment, I will be very satisfied with the job.

I wanted to update my rating since the job is now complete. My deck was 30 years old. The decking, rails and stairs needed replaced. Billy's did and outstanding job and very quickly. The deck looks beautiful and he paid close attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

The job is not complete yet so this rating might be pre-mature. Billy is very eager to please and the work thus far is good. It's clear that he is working toward establishing himself in the construction business. I think he underestimated how long the job would take but he doesn't complain. He is very courteous.
