Mr. Cleveland ran into some issues with installing a ceiling fan due to old wiring. He tried approaching several ways. He came back the next morning and figured it out. The ceiling fan works great. I was so glad he was he was committed to resolving the issue. I woul reccomend him highly.

After Harvey flooded our home and took almost everything we own, it has been a nightmare rebuilding our lives. (No insurance) I decided if I have to pay out of pocket I wanted to add a little sizzle to my starter home. I have been through several so called contractors (sub standard work) and even had one steal a large amount of money from us. (I fell for that half up front) So with that, it has been very hard for us to trust any contractor. I was starting to give up and just accept the fact I have to live in this dump. I contacted HomeVisor and they sent me 3 possible contractors to choose from. (Thank you HomeAdvisor) I met with 2 of the three and Brad being one of them. I am soooooo happy I chose Brad for this nightmare project. He is top notch and really cares about the customer and the quality of his work. (very hard to find nowdays) I can and will highly recommend BRC Home Service to everyone I know. Thank you so much Brad for everything, I really feel like I have a friend in the construction business.
