Brennan's Construction & Home Remodeling, LLC

Sadly, at this point, we have lost all faith and confidence that Brennans Construction, specifically Dennis Brennan Jr., Owner, is being truthful with us about anything. It has just been one excuse after another with this company ever since we made the first payment of $24,824.00, on 10 June 2022, it always seems they have the worst luck in the entire industry. Finally 71 days later and after sending Brennans construction an email today, 19 Aug 2022, outlining the major issues and two options, one of which was a full refund, then 23 minutes after that email was sent, we received a notification through the Houzz Dashboard that Brennans Construction was the alleged victim of fraud/embezzlement and all company accounts were in a negative. Then 5 minutes after receiving the Houzz notification Dennis, the owner, responded to my first email saying they could still complete our project, which made no sense after the notification of the loss of all company money. It feels as though we have been conned and our money has been stolen. We gave Dennis every benefit of the doubt we could but today was the last straw. Bottom Line: As of 19 Aug 2022, it has been over 71 days, since we submitted the first payment to get the project started. To date, we have paid Brennans Construction $33,171.61, which is half of the total project in accordance with the contract; however, despite being verbally advised on the telephone (no proof provided of anything being purchased) by the office manager, that most materials (sinks, faucets, butcher block countertop, garbage disposal, LVP flooring, etc) have been purchased, we have not seen any real movement or any sense of urgency to get the project on track, so the demo and construction can be scheduled. We have requested in writing that any and all materials be returned and we would like a FULL refund of $33,171.61.

Hardworking crew had skills to complete all tasks within a tight timeline at affordable price

If you want quality work done at an affordable price, look no further than BRENNANS construction.

I hired them to replace-roof our house. They were the only one who actually went upon the roof to see what needed to be done. They were not the least expensive but they were honest about the work. They also were the one who was able to get the job done the soonest. The workers were efficient and professional. I will use them again for other jobs.

Very knowledgeable, great quality of work, very polite, prompt.

My experience with this company was great, they are on time, professional about what they do and they are informed with what they are doing.

From the inspection to the finished product, the work was nothing short of excellent. I got exactly what my wife and I were looking for!

I’ve been working with Mr. Brennan for 4 years and I would highly recommend for any home improvement projects you plan to do! He focuses on top quality products for affordable prices.
