Excavation Major Grading or Resloping
Broken Stone Excavating was contracted to repair our dam in our pond that had failed. He completed the repairs on Aug 15th 2025. By Feb,2026, my dam completely washed out and drained all my water. We called Mike Gorby/ owner/ operator of broken stone excavating, and he assured us that he would be up to fix it at no cost to us. We have called, texted Mike Gorby and all he has done was make excuses as why he couldn't come and fix our dam. We were frustrated and called another Excavating company, Phil Hay and Sons. Drew Hay came up the very next day to look at our dam, and told us all what was wrong with the repair work that was done by broken stone excavating. Mike Gorby never even attempted to come and look at it, , he said he didn't need to, he saw pictures that we sent him. We spent 37,000 for Broken Stone Excavating to repair our dam and as of today, July 17th, he has still not shown up.
