Called 6/30 morning. Luckily they had someone available in 2 hours. The guy came by close to on time. Good thing is they use shoe protector covers in the house. He analyzed and gave an estimate. I thought it was a higher than what it normally would cost for a quick fix. Still, they were open to reducing the price a bit. Job was done well and tested well. Problem is resolved. I would recommend but just bargain a bit on the price.

They showed up right on time and after being shown the work area, explained exactly what he as going to do. The work was done and he cleaned up after himself leaving no sign that he was there except for the new faucet. My only issue was it took almost 12 minutes to write up the invoice.

Excellent - arrived within the hour and charged price quoted on phone - very professional and now bathroom sink is fully operational! took their card for future use!!!

They did good work but took full advantage of the fact that it was an emergency. They charged at least double what I would expect to pay for the work they did. Bottom line: if it's not an emergency then they may give a more reasonble price but stay away from them in an emergency. Not that I would expect them to be cheep in any case, just not outrages.

Two plumbers game promptly, evaluated my problem quickly, gave a reasonably priced quote, and fixed the problem immediately. I was very please with their disposition and service. I would highly recommend them.

I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom with water dripping into the basement. The problem was found in reasonable time. The worker was polite and friendly and seemed to know what he is doing. The job was completed in a reasonable time. Only thing I did not like was that the labels on the faucets were switched. I called and wanted to know what to do, and it took them almost a week to get back to me. Still can recommend this company.
