Will not communicate on a timely manner. Did not complete the job even 4 months after contract date.

There was confusion on when they were to arrive to do the work. Didn't have material when they showed up. Quality of deck was average. Very friendly.

Terry did a terrific job of getting the job done even considering the weather constraints. The job was done quickly, professionally, and was completed as promised. We are very pleased.

The owner is a hard worker and a very likable guy, but the people he hired to do the work were not very professional, with one or two exceptions. While they were on time the very first day, the foreman he hired didn't even show up until noon the next day. Some days he wouldn't show up at all, after he had told me that he would be here. When spraying the texture paint, instead of covering up my very expensive rubber matting in my dog training area and the equipment in there, was all sprayed with that paint. The painters who came were very unprofessional. The walls should have been painted before the tile floor was put in! Poor organization! The job wasn't completed until way after the deadline. Finally the last day, a professional painter was hired, who fixed a lot of the issues of the previous 2 women, who had painted. I was not able to conduct my business when I had hoped to, so it cost me money to delay that by 1 week. After everything was supposedly done, the electric outlets in one room quit working. Only after I contacted HomeAdvisor, did I get a call from the owner, who then came out to correct the problem and he did. He also offered to send someone out at an appointed time, to repaint some of the walls. I really didn't want them back here and covered the walls with pictures and wall rugs. Maybe the owner is taking on too many remodel jobs at the same time and for sure not hiring professionals!

Very good company! I would hire them over and over again. I was new to town and so satisfied with them!

Arrived on time and was finished early

They have integrity. Discovered some problems and pointed it out and made it right.

Exceeds my expectations. Will be using them again. Recommend in a heartbeat.
