When dealing with another contractor, we went through a terrible ordeal with an unsatisfactory deck repair. After paying thousands of dollars to another contractor and being completely unsatisfied with the final product (that left our deck unlevel and appearing to lean terribly) we reached out to Jacob Bryant with Bryant Home Renovations, LLC. In addition to being kind, honest, and hard working, Jacob and his were meticulous in their attention to detail and ?making it right.? We are in love with the final result and our deck looks great! We are so impressed with them and will be using them again in the near future for other home renovation projects! Jacob was my project lead on a major deck renovation. Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress. He was super easy to work with - very knowledgeable and responsive and just a great guy. He’s a great musician too in his spare time. Highly recommend Jacob for any home project.
