We used B Rapp Concrete Inc. for the 1st time to have our driveway extended and put in a new sidewalk. Mr. Rapp explained everything that would happen and completed the job in 2 days...â ¦..EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT!!! His guys were friendly and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will be using them for future projects.

We had about 540sq ft of exposed aggregate patio installed. Although we reached out in March, we were somewhat busy with other projects. Brady was never pushy but always responded promptly when we had questions. In May we finally got to a point to proceed and had our old patio taken down, city permit approved, HOA approved. Brady was out here literally the same day to start work. Everything his team did was spot on. They extended existing drains, added new drains for the new concrete area. Everything slopes perfectly into the drains, and they drain as expected. The old drains would just pool under the old wooden patio-- perfect breeding ground for mosquitos! The washed aggregate looks great. It couldn't be any closer of a match. The only thing left to do is install the patio cover which he has his installer handling, but the concrete is down and looks simply amazing. Extremely happy that I went with Brady. Not only that but were about to go with Statewide for this project. They quoted around $32k and fortunately I had Brady out as I was shopping concrete guys to see if I could save some money. He quoted the whole job. Got out of the Statewide contract before the rescission period expired, and boy am I glad we did. Brady saved us from almost a $20,000 mistake. Best of all, the quality is there to back it up. Not only would I recommend him, I'm planning on using him for every concrete job I need done. My wife and I had a vision for how we wanted the patio to look. Brady saw that and made it happen. Thank you sir!

Brady responded very quickly to my request to remove an old wooden deck and replace with a cement patio. His quote was extremely fair. Work was done in a very timely manner. Work crew was very polite and knew what they were doing. Quality of work was EXCELLENT! Would not hesitate to recommend Brady and his crew to anyone needing cement work done

Poor quality finish work. Concrete was left with waves in it you can see and feel how bad the waves are. Brady Rapp said they sent a dry load of concrete and that’s why it came out so bad. He took $600 off the bill but then it rained a month later and the fall of the concrete all goes toward the house. So when it rains it floods the back door and there are huge cracks all over. So I called him again and asked him about his guarantee. It doesn’t cover my situation. Well if it doesn’t cover my situation, what else could it cover? He stopped responding to calls and text. I even asked how much it would cost me to cut out the bad areas and replace. He is still not responding. Save yourself the headache I looked at all his 5 star reviews and went off that. Now original work was $3200 and going to cost an additional $2800 to have another company cut out and replace Brady Rapp’s poor concrete job. Does not take pride in his work. He got paid and that’s it. He is gone. Don't use this company!

Very professional work. Good communication on project and expectations. I price shopped with many people including licensed contractors, non licensed contractor and people who do this work on the side. His rate was very competitive for the work I wanted and I was comfortable with working with him. I’m a picky person when I comes to quality of work and they exceeded my expectation. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Mr. Rapp answered my request for patio/step repair. Made arrangements. Crew showed up on time and did a great job. Would definitely recommend the company.

Brady and his work crew did a great job! They are actually finishing up the project today, and I could not wait to come give them a great review. We got several quotes to re-design our backyard patio and retaining wall, but Brady's design made the most sense and was the most cost effective. He was easy to contact and communicate with, showed up on time, and finished the work in the agreed upon timeline. We did have to wait a few weeks to get our project started (because he is great and has a lot of customers), so call him today if you have a concrete project!

Brady came to my home and took the time to thoroughly understand the needs and expectations for my project, which was to install a sidewalk to the front entrance to our house, and a covered patio on the backside of our house. Brady is amazing. He knows his business and does a great job. Another contractor had extended the driveway of our neighbors house as well as ours. They left a mess, nails every where, etc... Brady had his crew pick up the nails, smooth out the dirt and use the sod from the patio project he had been hired to do to fix the mess the other contractor had left. Brady is friendly, honest and a true professional. We love our new patios. Thanks Brady!

Brapp showed up on time i told him what i needed and he made a few really good suggestions and was finished on time cleaned up really well and the job looke even better then i expected i would highly recommend them

Brady was very helpful, honest and professional. They came today and were very prompt and efficient. Changes had to be made from the original plan but even though they had to change the plans and add some things which required a bit more work for them my quote remained the same as the original. Brady and his crew were respectful of my property and left it like it was when they got there. With the exception of my beautiful patio! In one day! Wow. Thanks guys.
