I called Baldemar on Sunday afternoon after 2 other contractors no showed. After I told him what I needed, he said he would grab his tools and come to my home right away. He completed all the jobs in the stated time and his price was absolutely great!! In other words, he was very fair. He did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again AND I would recommend him to my friend's and others. Do yourself a favor, call Baldemar if you want the job done right the first time at an excellent price.
