Very professional and had lots of knowledge. He made sure I understood his process.

We recently contracted with BSA Structural Engineering for an onsite evalution of a fireplace structure to determine if it was load-bearing. Coordinating the appointment was a breeze and we were quickly scheduled to meet with the owner himself the following day. Mr. Adhikari was very punctual, courteous and patiently answered a multitude of questions we had. He conducted a thorough inspection of the structure that included the interior, exterior and two trips into the attic. Mr. Adhikari then provided us with great information along with some drawings on how to accomplish our project. He was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease with regards to moving forward on our project. I highly recommend BSA Structural Engineers to anyone seeking structural engineering advice. We could not be more pleased- from the very beginning of scheduling the appointment with their friendly assistant Sofia to our dealings with Mr. Adhikari- this was a very pleasant and professional experience.

BSA delivered a great service. He was on time. He was knowledgable and educated me about the problem and the solution.

BSA provided me with answers to my questions as well as a set of plans for my deck. Just what I needed.

I needed an exercise room in the second floor and wanted evaluation of the support needed. I called two remodeling companies and BSA. BSA provided analysis based on science and engineering calculations and recommended proper material and installation instructions. Unlike the other two who used scare tactics without clarity to the proper installations. I really think the consultation and recommendation report worth every penny.

They were on time, he was very professional, and he even took his shoes off and was very courteous and really took the time to explain and reassure us that the movement we were seeing in the house was not a foundation issue and just weather. He explained all that, gave us tips to help prevent it happening in the future. He was really great and with a very concise report.
