I did not know Ziv Holt, but HomeAdvisor was right on to alert him to the emergency in my house. Ziv called and said he would arrive in less than 10 minutes. He was here in 5, fixed the problem in 2 minutes, refused payment, and bid me good night. Bravo!

I was impressed there was a communication breakdown because my cell phone stopped working. I was notified by HomeAdvisor that Steve would be here at 10 am. I called BSD electric about noon and He rescheduled for the same day, came out and gave the estimate very reasonable estimate and did the repairs the next day.
