I had an emergency service request where the faucet in my shower lost tracking and will not close. The water was running for an hour or so until someone gave me their number. I called them and within half hour someone showed up at my door with what was needed to fix the issue. I didnt know what was needed but they already knew the issue. They had me temporarily turn off the entire water system in my house, which was not a bother. But how swift they were actually amazed me. I was so grateful. Almost a month later, no issues, I am so glad they replaced that cartilage if thats what it's called.

We cannot recommend Bethel highly-enough. Bethel and his team resumed the renovation of my father's house in the winter of 2021 after the previous contractor abandoned the project. He met with us quickly to review the scope of the project. His team, led by Gerardo, did an outstanding job installing a new kitchen, combining two bedrooms to form a master suite, installed a new en suite bathroom, and built a washer/dryer closet on the main floor. New hardwood and luxury vinyl plank flooring were installed, as-well-as a new front door (and storm door), and two new windows. All related painting, trim, electric, plumbing, and hot-water heating work was also included, and done well. Always asking "Are you happy?", and "How does this look?" throughout the project until the final walkthrough, made my Dad feel involved, and that he had a say in the details. Bethel has a deep faith, and an extensive list of contacts that allowed him to schedule work to continue without downtime or waiting. We have other work that can wait until Spring, and there's no question that we'll be hiring Bethel and his team again.

Beyond pleased with the work completed with our 2 bathrooms. Our master bathroom sustained water damage last April. Due to the incompetence of our homeowners insurance company dragging their feet the bathroom became infested with mold. Bethel gave an extremely great price on removal of the mold and then remodeling the entire bathroom from sub-floor and up. We also asked him to put down a new floor in our second bathroom. He and his employees are conscientious with their work ethic. They come to your house prepared and get right to work. They're quiet with conversation and courteous to your family. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the end results. I've already told Bethel that he has more projects coming his way once the weather breaks. I can personally assure you that choosing this company you will find more things that you will want done by this contractor. He'll tell you that he is there for his customers and I can attest that he is definitely a true and honest business man. Bethel, my wife and I would like to just say thanks to you and your guys for a job done beyond our wildest dreams.
