Bakar was great; he really listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to take care of our needs. And what an outstanding job they did for us! Thanks so much.

Bacar at BST called me as soon as I requested the quote and came out that same day. He gave me a quick quote and offered to do work right then. The work was done fast and efficiently and Bacar had great customer service. Price was a little on the high range but well worth it for the fast, courteous service and quality work. Not only did he do the work promised but also fixed a few cosmetic items and made recommendations for my AC unit. I will definitely be using BST Plumbing & Heating again in the future.
