B&S Tree, Landscaping & Lawncare

Bobby was a very nice, personable man and this made me want to hire him for my yard project, the only downfall was he has no help for big projects. What was supposed to take a week, took more than 3 weeks and then attempting to contact him after the project was almost impossible. He did not follow up as promised and he doesn't return calls, texts or emails for weeks, if even then. As a result of his lack of responsiveness my entire yard was lost and thousands of dollars down the drain. I have had to hire other professionals to come in and fix what this company was paid to do. Very unprofessional in the way they treat customers after the check has been written. I would not recommend using this business for any large projects. He is a small one man business that can simply mow grass or take down a tree but as for any large landscaping projects such as mine, B&S Tree and Landscaping is not the way to go.

Damaged our yard, and did not take responsibility to fix it. Poor communication. Shela and Bobby do not return emails, calls, or text. They have been paid in full, and are on to the next project. They were good on their quotes, but if you use them, make sure you get a contract. If they do damage to your property, it will be up to the home owner to fix it.

Very professional and friendly. Completed what I needed done in a timely manner. Price of services is extremely competitive. B&S will be the company to cut any trees that I need removed. I have had other trees cut down by other companies before. I couldn't even remember those companies names. I will remember, recommend and continue to use B&S.

B&S did an awesome job removing bushes/planting new bushes and trimming tree/bushes and price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied and will be using them all the time!

Bobby and his team does an awesome job. I want everyone to give them a chance you will not be disappointed. They done a lot of work for me, made me very happy and I’m looking forward to work with them in the near future. They cut down trees for me, removed five over grown bushes, put dirt down where bushes were and cleaned up my yard.

They showed up on time, stuck to their estimate, CLEANED up their mess (Clippings and removed shrubs) I would HIGHLY recommend them for your lawn maintenance.

Did not finish the work and will not respond to communication. Reached out to HomeAdvisor to try and resolve, home advisor still has not resolved over a month later.

Other than taking a relatively long time to get to the job, due to injury and weather, they did an excellent job cutting the tree down, even though the tree was leaning towards a neighbors home.

B & S removed shrubbery, added drainage and planted new shrubs. Even with a few obstacles, they worked to completion. In fact, the finished product was just what I imagined! They did little extras and cleaned up so that it all looked great all for a reasonable price!

Bobby & Shela were flexible when I asked to postpone tree planting due to unseasonably cold weather and delivered a first class install of 5 new trees.

I hired their company to do Spring yard clean up and put down mulch and pine straw, but they never showed up for the job! First, there was a start delay due to a weekend injury with Bobby (owner), so the start day went from Monday to Tuesday, and I was understanding and fine with that. I was told Bobby needed a extra day of rest, and he would supervise the "team" on Tuesday. Then Tuesday came and no one showed up. I called late Tuesday afternoon, and left a voicemail, and no one returned my call. Then Wednesday came and still no "team", so I sent an email that afternoon and it was never replied to (mind you, this was the same email address where their bid came from). Then Thursday came , and I contacted Home Advisor who called them (left a voicemail), and also sent an email. Finally, on Friday , Shela (owner) called me to say they were too backed up and busy, and I should find someone else! Really, thanks for letting me sit and wonder all week if your going to show up , and waste 10 more days on top of that for the job to even start as originally scheduled. I don't know why they would treat me so UNPROFESSIONALLY, as they seemed like such a nice couple. When there is NO communication (is rude and not respecting my time) in a timely manner, it makes for poor business in my book. I can't tell you their work quality, because they never did any for me. I am now calling again and finding that the local companies are fully booked already for Spring clean up, and it is going to be more difficult to get this job done since I am new to the area.

We were able to engage them to take care of another property for us. They were very efficient.

I really liked this guy and his wife. They came out, looked over the project, gave me a reasonable price and the cleanup was completed the following morning. I could not be happier with this experience and I will be certain to use them again for future project So!

Got fallen tree removed and deck repaired. Very reasonable price wise, very good to work with. Clean, high quality work. May be busy for the same reason but worth waiting for.

They quick and remove the tree in my yard. Additionally they pointed out reason the tree had died. Excellent service and price.
