Smart Construction

Reliable and fair price- beautiful work! 5 days from start to finish including tear down and removal of old deck. Would recommend to anyone that wants a quality job.

These guys are beast! They built us s beautiful in record time, for exactly what they quoted us. They were professional, they added finishing touches we didnâ  t even expect! They beveled the deck edge where it meets the concrete, all end capped & finished. So happy we would highly recommend them to anyone & everyone.

They were really good to stay in touch with us and they did a great job. Would hire Smart Construction again. You can’t go wrong if you hire them.

I gave this company a poor review because of the time it took and the quality of their work, but when we called and complained they bent over backwards to make everything right and we are happy with their work and very happy with their customer service.

Brad called came out right away! We looked at what I wanted. he said not a problem. Gave me a excellent price. WE SHOOK HANDS! Him and mostly David built a beautiful cedar fence, in what I thought was record time. When it was finished ,paid Brad what we SHOOK HANDS ON! I would highly recommend Brad Smart construction! Thank you Brad and David!

I rarely give five stars to any business but Brad and Dave built me a wonderful fence. Brad showed up and gave me a very reasonable bid and Dave does most of the building of the fence. All business was done with a handshake. Materials were delivered and work started. Brad kept me informed the whole time of when and what would be done. Fence is as promised and excellent quality of workmanship.

Very thankful that I hired them. They have done all they promised and more. Very professional and friendly. Listened to my ideas and delivered.

They did a wonderful job making the deck that I wanted. Unfortunately when the deck was built they did not have the lumber to do the railing at the time, but Brad told me they should have a new supply within two weeks. They did get a new supply within the two weeks and promptly came out and finished off the railing around the deck. I am very pleased with the finished product. They showed up when they said they would and it cost just what he quoted me. I think it was a great value for a low price.

a great deck at a great price

Showed up on time and did the work at what was quoted. I would recommend them.

He was very professional and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. The price he charged me was so great. I wish I would have called him first. Did exactly what l asked for and was not disappointed. Thank you

Great job on the fence.

brad and his crew were very professional and discussed all phases of my project. in my opinion brad went above and beyond what i expected to be done. I would highly reccomend him to everyone.

Brad and his crew were willing to discuss what we wanted and give us ideas how we could achieve our goals. They gave us a reasonable bid and completed the work within a reasonable time frame. They cleaned up after themselves each day and cleaned up the work area when they were done. We would hire them again and recommend them to other potential customers.

Brad and his team are deck specialists and gave me a quote that was very reasonable and within my budget for renovating my 17 yr. old deck. They got the job done in 3 days and the quality of the work is excellent. It looks just like it did when it was new, or maybe even better!

Brad and his crew did a great job removing my old deck and replacing with a solid and beautiful new cedar deck for well within my budget. The value and quality of work convinced me to have Brad replace my fence too. Once again, great work. My friends, and more importantly my wife, are very impressed with both. Brad and all the guys were extremely friendly and courteous as well, an added bonus for anyone working on your home.

I cannot say enough about Brad Smart.and B. Smart Construction .We hired him to replace a deck.He came when he said he would. The deck is more that we could expect.expertly done and beautiful. My husband liked it more than the one we replaced.Brad worked with our city's permit department and willingly did the extra work our city required. He finished the job when promised. We would recommend Brad to anyone who wants a reliable, honest ,and good natured contractor. And a beautiful finished deck!
