Brady delivered on timing and quality. He provided great advice and the small trex deck with stairs came out better than we originally envisioned. The work team led by Steve are meticulous craftsmen. Professional and courteous. We would highly recommend The Hired Hand.

Brady/Steve and other workers did an absolutely beautiful job on rebuilding our deck!! Work completed as promised, work area was cleaned up, and the workers were absolutely professional and arrived on time. Their work so good scheduled work at my mother?s house!! Brady and his team are top notch. Communication was excellent. They show up when they say they will. Brady makes sure everything is done to the customerâ s satisfaction. Itâ s rare to find a contractor that truly puts the client first these days. They worked a few small jobs for us in other areas of the house while they completely renovated one of our bathrooms. Our house is very old and challenging to work in but we couldnâ t be happier with the result. We will definitely use them again in the future!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking, talented, good humored team of home improvement professionals, Hired Hand is it. Brady and his team gave us a reasonable, competitive quote on a host of jobs in our VERY old house â  from demolition, to new walls, refinishing 230 year old wood floors, etc. They were here every day, as promised until they were finished. AND THEN came back to touch up trim and another wall that Brady deemed â  not perfect.â  I leave with a master craftsman, and he was more than satisfied with their work. That is a statement! And they were enjoyable, many a lively conversation was had. I highly recommend Brady and his team, you canâ  t go wrong.

We highly recommend "The Hired Hand" (formerly named B Squared Home Solutions). They made numerous repairs to our deck, and completely refinished it. The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and plan to have them do future projects.

Highly recommend using them for your home projects. They replaced multiple failing concrete stairs and porch with wood stairs and porch, did a fantastic job. Also fixed a plumbing issue we were having. The total cost was more than fair. We will definitely be contacting them for any other projects that we need done and will be recommending them to our family and friends.
