Brad is super awesome with exceptional customer service skills! Very prompt, professional, courteous, and all around nice guy! Iâ ve only met him twice, when he picked up my computer, and a couple of days later when he brought it back. He made me feel like we were long time friends! Brad was amazing. Over time gremlins have gotten into just about every electronic device I own. He spent over three hours here and now my portable phones, Kindle and laptop are all working so much better. He cleaned out a bunch of stuff from the laptop, and it's working much faster now. I recently cancelled my DirecTV service, and Brad hitched up an antenna so I can receive local channels. He was knowledgable, and fixed problems I didn't know I had. He offered to follow up remotely if needed. And he gave me a great discount I have already given Brad's name to two friends. Hire him!

Talked me through the whole process and took my laptop to his house. Returned the next day with it completely fixed! My laptop is faster and better than before all thanks to BTA.

Brad responded quickly to my immediate need to install a new Color Laser Jet printer/scanner. Then later installed new solid state hard drive that greatly improved the system speed, added better system protections including Norton and Malware, and added an extender for improved wi-fi reception through out our home and property.

My computer had so many things wrong, he was able to repair everything, the computer works better now than when it was new. He also helped with setup on the TV sound which we had limited knowledge. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We would not hesitate to call Brad again.

As soon as I spoke with Brad about my computer problem I felt confident that he could fix it. He has many decades of experience and knows computers inside and out. He tan into some issue with my cantankerous drive and systematically moved through procedures to clone the old contents and replace with a good choice to extend the life of the computer I have. I've worked with computing tech guys all of my 40+ year career at Boeing. It is hard to find a good tech that knows S/W. It is also hard to find a good H/W tech. Even rarer is the tech that not only knows both, but is outstanding at both: Brad is THAT guy!! Within about 2 hours of putting my issue out on home advisor, he contacted me and came an picked up my dead PC. He called later and said the motherboard was fried, but all my data was still accessible on the drive. We talked and he recommended several replacement setups and I took them to heart. After I received the awesome new rig, he came back over and reloaded all the missing data and configured the new pc to exactly how I wanted it. I can't tell you how pleased I am! He is very easy to work with and can speak in laymen's terms so you can understand what he is doing or recommends. 5 STAR +++++

I couldn’t be happier with BTA Technical Services. Brad did an excellent job saving my information from my hard drive after Dell told me that nothing could be done. He kept me informed about the details of the repairs, returned my computer in excellent condition, was very fast, and even checked in after a few days to be sure everything was going great. It is hard to find that kind of customer service and quality work these days. I highly recommend him!
