I had a horrible experience. I had critters chew the wire for the good pump which caused a short. when I was told they could not come to till next week, I told them I had no water. they responded they could not come tomorrow when I have no water. I told them that I will look for another contractor and their re-spouse was that is ok. I told them to lose misspelled, my number, and they said I will lose it. I moved to Blairstown 3 years ago and had them do a few thousand dollars for working us, no more.

Hi Mike, I am sorry you feel this way, we do our best, always, and do not have emergency service. I work 80 hours a week. As with most service contractors, we cannot keep up, and cannot find enough help. You mentioned that we did a lot of work for you, which I remember. You were very happy with our service, prices, and professionalism. And you called again. You must have felt comfortable calling again. And I responded right away. I would have been glad to point you in the right direction or to refer you to another electrician who could have helped you sooner. But you were immediately rude to me, I hardly think your review reflects my company.

I had extensive electrical work done to an old home that has lathe and plaster walls and still had knob and tube wiring in service. Brian and his team were very pleasant and courteous. I was provided with an estimate before any work performed. A lot of time and effort was expended to work with the challenges of an old home. I will definitely use B-Tech again in the future.
