This company ghosted me!
I called in mid-October to have some work done in my basement. His next available appointment was in late November, a date which didn't work for me. He suggested Monday, December 1, at 7 am. I'm usually not up that early, but wanted the work done, so I agreed.
Well, 7 am came and went. At almost 8, I called and had to leave a message. At 10 am, I called and left another. It's now 8 pm and I have received no response. No apology for wasting my morning. No explanation for what occurred.

Bill is a true professional! He took time on what tasks I wanted to address. He went right to work and did what he was asked to do. That was install in each bathroom new exhaust fan, install a dimmer switch and repaired 2 outlets. Very fair price and labor. Cleaned up after himself.

Whatever Bill does, he does it with perfection. On a 4 hour job (installing track lights), it ended up taking all day (roughly about 12 hours). Didn't add a dime to his quoted fee and was very diligent to the job was done. There was some previously very poor wiring and he had to work magic. But the results were awesome and he cleaned up - nice and tidy. I have had him back several times and will not consider someone else. Awesome customer service as well.

I went on to Home Advisor to search for an electrician at 9am. Before I could get the phone number written down my phone was ringing. He came over, installed the ceiling fan, very prompt and professional service. I will call again when I need any electrical work done. I highly recommend.
