Recommend you do NOT hire BTK for your concrete work. I contracted with BTK concrete in May of 2015 to replace my concrete Patio for $2900.00 By September of 2015 the concrete had cracked in several places, there was one crack that ran across the full width of the concrete (to the stop crack). There are six or eight smaller cracks in the same area that will eventually continue to the stop crack. Billy Roesch came to look at these cracks last September and promised to come back in March of 2016 to replace the concrete slab that is cracking. I asked him how I would know if he would replace this concrete, he said because his name is Billy and he is a man of his word and would therefore return in March. I have called and emailed him six or eight times since March but he will not answer my calls. The only communication I have received is one email which said concrete cracks for many reasons and he will not replace the cracked area as promised. In addition to the cracks the new Patio was supposed to shed the rain water away from the house to the outside edge but it does not it puddles all over the Patio and in one area runs back to the house and leaks down into my basement. I am very unhappy with BTK concrete and would recommend you do not hire this contractor.

Very nice and helpful. Not only did they do the original job in a timely manner but helped us with extra issues that we had been fighting with. Not only was their work perfect but they made another companies mistakes correct. From now on we will only use this company....no one else!

This is the second time we have hired BTK. The first job they did was our back stamped patio and basketball court in our back yard over 3 years ago. They did a fantastic job! When it was time to get our driveway done, it was an obvious choice for us. The work BTK did on our driveway is amazing! I refer family and friends to BTK and they always do such a great job.

Billy and his crew did a beautiful job with the concrete sidewalk, steps, & patio. They back filled and seeded the ground around the finished concrete. They even graded the dirt next door of the house being built to minimized the water runoff! Thanks.

Had a difficult time communicating with the man in charge. Didn' acknowledge my calls and didn't know who was in charge of the project.work performed was fine but did not back fill around concrete .had to pay extra for that and one area still needs attention from possible erosion..project took about 3 weeks and usually had 1 or 2 men on the job. Neighbors did their drive way later and it was done in 1 week by another company. Other than issues mentioned ,I was pleased with outcome.

Billy and his crew just finished my driveway which was in bad shape. They carefully sloped it to my drain so i will no longer have rain in my garage. I must add their clean up was outstanding. The price can not be beat and they give you what you want not what others tried to sell me. They know their stuff. I would use them again!

This is a company you can trust to do the job right and to do it according to your specifications. Don't be in a hurry and you'll get an outstanding job done!

Billy is personally involved on each project, large or small.,He offered some good suggestions while reviewing our project. Billy had an emergency repair on a commercial project that delayed our small project and then we had a delay that prevented Billy from pouring our pool deck extension the same day they formed it. We worked through these issues and the job turned out just like we hoped it would.

I hired BTK for excavation and to pour the foundation and slab for our home addition. I'm an architect and have been in the construction business for 20 years and in that time, i have never had a more enjoyable experience with a contractor. Billy and his crew were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied to keep our project running smoothly and on schedule and budget. i HIGHLY recommend BTK and will absolutely refer them to each and every future client, friend and family that need their services!!!! excellent job guys, thanks!

We originally had a good experience with Billy. He did work on our patio and our driveway. The driveway turned out great and we are really happy with it, the patio had a crack prior to them even pulling the boards away. He did agree to fix it, but it took more than 6 months for him to come back and tear the patio out and replace it. I thought we were really patient and did not complain much, and I probably would have given them 4-5 stars even after that, but now after seeing the final product, we are unhappy. The replaced part of the patio is uneven and doesn't line up symmetrically.

Billhy Roesch phoned us the same day we made an initial request for an estimate and came that afternoon with helpful information and recommendations for our situation. Within a couple of days he provided an estimate and gave us an approximate starting date . The total project was extended several days beyond the original finish date because of rain. The workers were courteous, hardworking and very knowledgeable. They were true to their estimate and use of materials, cleaned up daily and restored areas around the driveway and sidewalk as much as possible. We would highly recommend them.

BTK installed a complete basketball court in our backyard. They provided us with a very reasonable quote and completed a job that they promised. Even with the trials of the constant rain, they came to work whenever the weather permitted, even on the weekend or later evening. The worker's were friendly and respectful. We were able to keep in contact with the company through e-mail, phone, or in person. BTK made sure that we were happy with the job. They were creative and professional. I would highly recommend this company to others that are looking for a reasonable priced job with high quality service.

After several no call no shows from other large well known concrete companies, BTK called on a Saturday night and came in for an estimate on Sunday morning. They gave me an estimate that was at least 1/3 of what I was quoted in the past. The quote was so great I had them do some other small concrete work around my house. They showed up when they said they were going to and were done and cleaned up in a matter of 2 days. The property was left clean and clear. If you need concrete work done...look no further,,,hire them immediately
