It was a pleasure to do business with Hugh. The total experience was well above this five star rating. This man is very easy to talk to and listens to all of your ideas and suggestoins. He and his crew were at work on time each day and left area clean at the end of the project.

Initial consultation and estimate was great. I had windows installed at a good price, no surprises. Service was okay, I would like to have had work completed a little faster. Quality was less than what I expected. One window protruded into the house and displaced the molding around it and it wasn't caulked. These issues were addressed in a timely fashion, but I am finding a few small things here and there that were missed. I have a couple of screens that won't stay up and some others with gaps, and it's only been 1 week. Hugh and the crew were very nice. My windows look great, but I am kinda wishing I would've chosen another route.
